Love this salon! Everyone’s always really friendly and they do a great job. My only complaint is their hours. They close at six so it’s nearly impossible for me to get in during the week.

This is my “go to” threading salon. They have been threading and tinting my eyebrows for over 5 years. The owner and all of the ladies are professional and kind and they do a great job! My husband occasionally gets his done, also. I highly recommend this salon!!

Sonya is the best! I stopped in today and she was so friendly, nice and polite as always. I choose to come from Apex to this location in Raleigh to get my eyebrows threaded. It is worth the drive and I recommend you stop in to experience great quality service from their team.

The girl who serviced me was very nice, but my brows are botched. I understand the saying “eyebrows should be sisters, not twins”, but I was left with two different shapes. One is perfectly shaped and arched while the one is basically a straight brow. My natural arch is gone. My brows naturally have a pretty good shape, so usually I just need a simple clean up and a trim with scissors. I asked to keep them thick and to keep my arch. I should've known when she asked to fill them in that there was an issue. My brows are naturally full, and while most brow places offer to fill them for free, I’ve never had anyone ask to do that after my service. I rarely ever fill my brows in. The lighting in the store isn’t great, so I didn't notice how uneven they were until I got home and got the urge to remove the makeup. Now I’m walking around with makeup in one eyebrow, to fill in arch.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I went to get my brows threaded and i left disappointed. Before the lady even started we pointed out that i had a problem brow and i really just needed a clean up, why did this lady make my brow thin smh then when she did my other brow they were uneven. So once I notice they were uneven I asked for tint to help my thin brow look a little fuller since it was looking stupid at that point , Chile she had the tint all over. it was a mess I had to use a wipe once i got in the car to wipe that mess off my face . there was another lady trying to assist (i believe BiBi or ViVi), so i had two people working on my brows and i still wasn’t satisfied. If you like your brows uneven and thin, this is the place for you. I even left a tip to show them what they could’ve been getting, but I’m never going back!!!

I visited today for threading again and saw Bi Bi. Usually I come to see Sanya but Bi Bi does a nice job also. A neighbor highly recommended services here. I called and was taken as soon as I arrived. They always ask and discuss what you want in terms of the shape you desire. My eyebrows have been curly and problematic for years and I have been threading since I was 15. I took a break from waxing and lamination treatments for the past year, trying to achieve growth in sparse areas. Threading seems to be the most precise hair removal service for me. The ladies are kind, gentle and check in with you to make sure the shape is to your liking. I find this salon affordable and they are very nice women. I also have my upper lip threaded which is precise. Happy to have a new threading salon to call home.

I walked in today and had my brows done. The location is clean and I was greeted kindly. I absolutely loved my eyebrows, they are not too thin and the shape is just as I asked. Very professional service and I highly recommend this location.

I totally loved my experience at Define Brows. I got my brows, waxing and facial done. All the services were excellent. Specially with my eyebrows lady took my feedback and shaped it so beautifully in no time. Over all place is clean and economical as well. the girl who attended me did not even make the effort to understand what I asked her, she just wanted to put my eyelashes on and she spread all the glue on my eye and in the end she did not do the job the lady the owner was very kind and very attentive but the girl who attended me She was quite rude to me
