They close at 8:00pm I called them at 7:12 told them i wouldn’t be able to make it until 7:40 is that okay BEFORE i come 25 mins away to get them done she said yes. I get here at 7:40 on the dot and as soonnnn as i open the door one of the ladys was like “we closed” didn’t give me a chance to talk, no “hello”, let alone explain myself and it was straight up embarrassing infront of hella OTHER people as if I was just tryna get squeezed in! KNOWING that i did my part by calling. I won’t be back for a while not to bash the work because I loveeeee there work that’s exactly why i always drive that far but it was definitely a waste of time and gas. An just handled wrong.

UPDATE: December 2024 So it took this business 5 months to respond to my review (although my review was based on several visits and two of their locations. Instead of addressing the bad experiences I had, they tried to insult me and get nasty. Well, multiple customer complaints say the same thing about the high turnover, and the quality of the products has gone down. The reason I'm not bothered is because these sad business practices cause them to lose business. I took my business elsewhere and have had NO problems. For customers to pay their money and ask for what they want and not even 24hrs they're off, you must definitely should be fixing the poor job, you were paid to do correctly, so to say you'll charge, because it's not your problem, is unprofessional, tacky and greedy. BOYCOTT DEFINE! Old Review: I went in on the 29th to get my brows and lashes. When I say it's the worst lash service I've ever had! I had to return on the 30th because I woke up with the lash hanging off. I told them before they didn't look right and I didn't like them. Another woman said she'll take them off and redo, but instead, she fixed a gap and added more glue. On the 30th, another woman fixed only the eye that the lashes were hanging, and it still wasn't right. There was another lady in getting repaired as well. I'm now 2 days in my trip, I haven't even swam, and the the lash was peeling up, and today I woke up with the whole corner off. The amount of money that it we as women spend in your establishment to be let down in this way and lose money is ridiculous. As i keep hearing complaints, I will now make sure that the women I know understand that this is the type of work that is done there. Also other than Sue it seems the change employees frequently so how do you find and keep working with one lady.

I love this place! I won't let anyone else touch my eyebrows. The women who work here are incredibly talented and very hard working.They keep my brows thick and well-shaped, which is important to me. Also, the tinting lasts a lot longer than other places that I have tried. Threading + tint is only $20 and they spend a lot of time making sure that they look exactly how I want. I highly recommend Sue. It is worth it to wait for her. Thank you Define!

Lately my lashes have been coming off within a week and I'm noticing less hand sanitizing between clients when you're putting your bare hands near anyone eyes they need to be clean and all that unnecessary gossip between coworkers is rude while you have a clients in the chair and you're right in their face with food breath and particles flying while you're talking..It would be nice to pay more attention to your clients then all that gossip do that on your time off!Just my opinion it's more professional we pay a decent dollar for services.

My eyebrows look terrible , no brush down nor clean up in area were there are longer strands. She appears to be more focused on having a conversation with her coworkers rather than doing a good job.

I would give this business a zero if I could. I went to the Stone Creek location last Thursday for brow threading and lashes. I was skeptical of the heavyset female that did them, because when she had done individual lashes on me it was not good, and they did not last so I normally will wait for the other lady to service me. HOWEVER, I allowed her to wait on me as I was getting strips and didn't think she could screw them up, but how wrong I was. The next day they were pulling apart and I went back yesterday only to be told that I would have to pay for them to be done over and done right by the other tech...what kind of terrible business practice is this? Buyer be aware, these people do not care about customer satisfaction they just want to take your money, STAY AWAY! Customer Response to owner: This is a "horrible" response to bad business practices. After one day they should not last, so why offer them. I have gotten strips before that have lasted for up to 2 weeks. Telling me to get individuals which I have from this same tech who screwed them up too, and is the reason I settled for strips is unprofessional. Maybe you should look at how real businesses operate @Sandys Eyebrows on Cheviot Road where I am now taking mine. You are a terrible business with terrible people!!

It's almost like nothing was done to my eyebrows. I like a natural clean look and i know eyebrows can achieve that, but my end result almost looks like it did when i walked in. I also had so many cuts when she was done. I don't have to come Back.

Not good any more store ratchet and ghetto . Smells like weed and I got my lashes done what was supposed to be minks they’re stiff hard and very uncomfortable lasted one day and my eye hurt when opening and shutting it blinking. Don’t know what happened to this place but years ago when the original lady sue actually was there with her team it was so much better cleaner and peaceful . Now it just fell off

Glad they were quick, not bad for a quick brow threading and I totally love that they stay open til 8!! I mean ppl have day jobs so glad they realize that!!! * Do NOT go to Northgate eyebrows! GO HERE !!! as they are sooo much better/safer!!!

I got the small mink lashes. This was my first experience. It was rather uncomfortable. The lashes started peeling right off that evening when I showered. I called the store and was told it was due to my skin....... Unfortunately, I don't recommend 😕. It was a waste of time and money. However, other folks have told me that theirs lasted for weeks, even in the pool. So maybe my person just didn't know what she was doing. Either way., I will not be returning.

I foolishly removed my first review so here I go again. After having to fight to be able to get my lashes redone because the first set only lasted a day. I was finally able to make the hour drive back out to the shop. When I spoke with the lady who did my lashes on December 30th she first tried to tell me that I shouldn't have waited 2 weeks. Again I went on the 30th, then she told me that I shouldve come to her when it happened. The lashes just came off on New Year's Day, I work 2 jobs and again it's an hour drive on a good traffic day. I then told her i wanted short mink lashes and she questioned me as if i was trying to get a free upgrade (i got medium and long minx the first around).She then finished my lashes after sniffiling over me the entire time. I looked and asked for a fuller look to which I was told they couldn't do, which was strange because the sweet lady next to me on the 30th was given the option for her short minks. I give up at this point because I'm tired and felt like they just wanted me out. I paid for my other service and still tipped after everything. I've been home for roughly 4 hours at this point and my right lashes have already started coming off again!! At this point I am so fed up that I will never again patronize this or any Define location. I urge any reader, friend, family member or passer by to spend the extra money and go anywhere but here!

I signed in on the wrong sign in sheet so I had to wait until everybody else that signed in on the correct sign in sheet after me to go first before I was seen. She did a great job on my eyebrows. Lashes were terrible. I took them off a couple hours after I left the place.
