I have thick, brunette, curly hair, and am pretty particular about my cut and color. I saw Kaleena today for the first time, and she vastly exceeded all expectation. I love my cut, and she did an amazing job giving me the highlights I asked for. She’s also super friendly, which made the appointment fly by. Highly recommend Kaleena.

Lane was amazing! I was celebrating a very special day & he made it that much more wonderful. Lane really took the time to figure out exactly what I was looking for & the best way to accomplish that. He's easy to talk to, very receptive to feedback & does amazing work. I will definitely come back.

I'm South Asian with wavy hair and it has taken me forever to find someone who understands how to work with my hair. Nichole has been absolutely amazing. She'll look through my inspiration images and clarify what exactly I like about each look and how to work with my particular head of hair to achieve that look. My hair has never looked healthier & bouncier! I'm so grateful to have found this place. Bonus points for being women-owned :)

I got a curly hair cut experience with Nicole and it was AMAZING! I added on an olaplex deep condition and my curls loved it! She made my curls look gorgeous, better than they have ever looked. Gave me really good tips on how to care for and style my curls. The cut was just beautiful and really makes my curls bounce into pretty ringlets.

I had my hair cut and colored last week. My hair is horribly uneven and not what I asked for. A bowl cut, basically. My bangs too short and uneven. I had to cut them myself when I got home. Noticed these problems after 1st wash. I am needing to wait for bangs to grow before I have another hair stylist do damage control. So unhappy.

I just moved to the area and Nichole really took care of me! She did an icy blue on my hair and kept it looking healthy and amazing! She talked to me like a person and explained everything to me! Truly the best salon service I have ever had! Highly recommend!

Oh. My. Gawd. Went to get my hair cut after two years of randomly cutting bits with kitchen scissors because I had a hard time justifying the cost... In the past I've always gone to salons that messed up my hair to the point I needed to go to a second salon to fix it... Anyway, Maria was the stylist that I booked online (suuuper convenient btw, highly recommend) and I have to say, she is amazing at what she does. I've never had such a wonderful cut. She took the time to make sure what she was doing actually fit *my* hair and face (my hair is super fine and pretty thin in random places) vs just going through and cutting things the same on both sides. I appreciate that she said at our appointment that this was the first time "meeting my hair". It just really made me feel seen and I'll never go anywhere else to get my hair professionally done again. Hands down the best experience.

Kaleena is the only hair stylist I’ve found who I can trust and always love what she does to my hair. She listens to what works for me and is able to make it look great. I am not someone who is willing to spend time styling my hair every day so I love the fact she gives me a cut that is cute when it air dries as well as can also be styled when I feel like it. I highly recommend her and Defining Image Salon! Also love the fact I can book online.
