Outstanding in every way, every time I go I feel like a new man afterwards. I love doing the cryo therapy followed by sauna. Recently I had to pause my membership, but I will be back soon!

Very nice and relaxing environment! The staff is very welcoming too. Can’t wait to have another ME day. My favorite treatments is the full body cryotherapy. If you haven’t tried yet, you should give it a try! ❄️🩶

Fantastic, clean facility with great services. Love coming here after a workout or long day of work to relax and reset. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive - would highly recommend!

I have been to Degree Wellness 3 times twice on Riverside Ave and once on Ajax Beach. Each visit an even better experience than the last one. The staff at both locations are awesome. Each visit I have experienced a different and more invigorating Degree of Wellness

Amazing experience! Did the oxygen therapy paired with the leg compression massage after a big leg workout and already feel night and day better! The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Definitely coming back!!

Great location - convenient free parking! The staff is very helpful and the variety of services makes it a really fun experience to pick and choose. I’ve tried every service thanks to the member ship and VIP week and very pleased with it all!

I love it here! I do cryo therapy all the time and it really helps with my muscle and joint pain. Also definitely recommend compression and Celluma at the same time so relaxing!

I love it here. This is my happy place. It’s perfect if you are very active and need to recharge and recover. The membership is the way to go if you want to go more than a couple of times a month.

Life changing! As an athlete I have been recovering so much faster with the cold plunge, sauna and cryo. I love the convenience of being able to add on a booster at the end of a session. All the staff is SO friendly staff and treatment rooms are immaculate - so glad they opened here in Riverside!

The space is beautiful and calming. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. We love coming here. I was nervous about trying the different cold therapies but the staff was very encouraging. I love the mood boost and health benefits of the cold therapy. I've also tried the facial and the oxygen therapy and had a great experience with those also.

Waited a long time for their opening and it was worth it. The team are welcoming and makes you feel special. Thought I’d never do the cold plunge but Ashley convinced me and now it is my favorite. Their services are a great enhancement to my daily workouts. I highly recommend them!
