I came here after seeing positive reviews online and because I had negative experiences with the other salons in the area that did not know how to properly handle/cut my wavy/curly hair. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience here too. I came in with specific pictures and descriptions of what I requested. Immediately, the owner insulted what I had picked out for myself. He said that it was too “2000s” (despite it being my hair on my head, and my preferred style) and instead recommended their salon’s specialty (and most expensive option). In the end, I chose not to dye my hair at all due to the price of the haircut already being quite high. Then, once I showed the pictures to my stylist, she said “No” and instead suggested a whole new haircut. I reiterated that that was not what I wanted and that her suggestion was not only too short for me, but that I didn’t like the asymmetry. She finally —reluctantly— said okay, but then started shaving my head anyway! The whole while, she was talking on the phone! As she had already shaved my head and there was no going back, I unfortunately let it be. I couldn’t believe that I was told “No” so many times at this salon on what I wanted to do with my own hair! Not at all worth it for the price that I paid and will be getting it redone at a different place. And yes, I am sure it was this salon. I see the response to my review; but my username is not my real name for safety reasons. :)

I recently got a keratin treatment at Salon Delacqua, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Shanti, my hairdresser, was so kind, gentle, and professional, and she made sure my hair turned out absolutely perfect—it’s never looked this smooth and beautiful. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. They take your coat as soon as you arrive and even ask if you’d like a drink, which made me feel so welcomed and cared for. I highly recommend this salon for their exceptional service and amazing results!

10/10 experience! Came in for a facial and was pleasantly greeted at the door, I was offered a selection of drinks and they brought me a delicious cappuccino and some treats. I was brought to a lovely private room by Lorena and had one of the best facials I've ever had! Lorena was perfect. She was informative without being overly talkative which allowed me to peacefully enjoy the facial while also being educated of each step of the process. I came in with my skin looking dull and feeling dry, I left with my skin absolutely glowing and feeling 10 pounds lighter! She took the time to give me a consult at the end for procedures and services she'd custom recommend me based on my skin type and i couldn't be more excited to come back! Thank you Delacqua for the above and beyond treatment! If you're thinking of booking here, just do it! You won't be disappointed! :)

What an amazing experience! From the moment you walk in Alex is extremely helpful. The organic caviar treatment was a great treatment for myself. The process did not take too long and I am very happy with the results! I will definitely be back!
