HORRIBLE!! I had a relaxer on 5/17/24 by the owner! I have burns all in the front of my scalp and deep scabs throughout my head from the relaxer being on too long! I was in excruciating pain! I sent her these pictures; I demanded my money back which she immediately returned through Zelle. she never apologized in any type of way, as a business owner you would at least expect an apology even if it's not genuine, in fact, the message read "hope feel better soon and happy Sunday" with the 2 hand love emoji?? my response to her was a question to her, asking if she ever had her scalp burned? there is nothing happy about anything. 1 star only because it wouldn't let me post this without one. I am still in disbelief on how unprofessional that place is I strongly recommend staying away from her salon!

Super horrible experiencia con una peluquera Dominicana, desde que llegué con tremenda mala actitud, me quería dejar en el secador, 1:30 , después de 35 minutos le pedí que me revisara el cabello para ver si estaba seco y me dijo que estaba mojado, estaba casi seco y lo que hizo fue que me quitó los rolos para que me fuera. Todavía fui gentil y le pagué más de la mitad del servicio, no se las recomiendo. Las muchachitas de las uñas súper buenas

This place has no type of costumer service skills whatsoever. When you walk in, no one greets you nonetheless ask if you’re there for an appointment or what type of service you would like. All they do is look at you when you walk in and go back to whatever they’re doing without even smiling or acknowledging you. This happens every single time! Delfis is super unprofessional, acts like she doesn’t see you and will keep you waiting, although of having an appointment, without the slightest care in the world. The time I asked for Delfis, all one of the other stylist said was that she’s in the back without even making an attempt to notify her one of her clients arrived.

Mala experiencia con una peluquera que no sabia hacer un simple recorte me dejo el pelo chueco horrible y caro se llama segun ella Bruni ni tarjeta de identificación tenia y seguro ese no es su nombre es un falta de eespwto que improvisen con uno Horrible service!!!!!!

Delfis is the best in town, hands down! Reasonable prices a does an excellent job from color, to cutting to straightening. Been coming to her for 10 + years. Clean and professional, listens to what you want. Delfis es la mejor, tiene unas manos divinas... De tinte, a cortes a blower y precios razonables. Tengo más de 10 años viniendo a ella.Dina haciendo uñas es muy buena también. Un local bonito y limpio.

I am so glad I found a Dominican Hair Salon ! It was so welcoming to hear a familiar spanish accent and see the dominican flag when I walked in . I am from NY and moved here A few months ago and There is something about having a hair dresser that deals with all kinda of hair types that makes you feel as if your hair will be taken carw off. I went in to color and blow dry my hair , my appointment was honored and I was taken care of quickly ! I loved my new hair color and will be returning to the salon . For the covid interested, everyone had a mask and precautions

Never again I sustained bleach burns here. I won’t mention any names. I have never experienced bleach burn before. It hurts like hell I had to go to dermatologist to get steroids to help healing process. I paid and got no refund or follow up phone call to see how I was doing.

Delfis prices are reasonable and she does an amazing job. Anyone else has always charged me extra due to the amount of hair I have and put me under rollers first, immediately. Delfis is able to blow dry and iron my hair and it looks even more amazing than with rollers. She is also very honest and professional. I recommend her highly. For nails, I recommend Dina. She does a great job removing cuticles and really cleaning under the nails. I have been going to both these ladies for 10 years! :-)
