Amazing facial service. Accommodated really well when my requests for the Christmas present

If you have safety concerns, I’d suggest reconsidering this store. During my Alice facial, the esthetician frequently touched or flipped my eyelids, and at one point, accidentally touched my eye with the treatment device. When I asked for eye drops or to use the restroom, I was only offered a small amount of water, as there’s no sink in the treatment room. After the session, I expressed my worry about eye safety, but the esthetician dismissed it by asking if this was my “first facial.” The front desk consultant also brushed it off, suggesting I "may have opened my eyes during the session," with no apology. I gave 3 stars because the esthetician was otherwise attentive. If nothing goes wrong, this could be a good place—but I’m concerned they don’t take accountability if issues arise.

I had a wonderful facial with microdermabrasion. By far the best one I have had. It was very clean and relaxing. I highly recommend this spa.
