Within two weeks, I had three of my nail tips break off from the center of my nail bed which left painful (infected) open wounds. They incorrectly applied the nail tips barely gluing them on. I asked Deluxe to remove the nails and re-do the polish on my other nails. They complied, but insisted I pay for the service. I was surprised I had to argue with management given I have been a loyal and happy customer over 8+ years. Very disappointed.

Favorite nail place. Nail tech's are all great but Tracy is my favorite. I drive 45 minutes to go to get my nails done. When you make an appointment, you have an appointment. None of this come back later stuff. Best run nail establishment I have been to ever. Very well managed.

I have been going to deluxe for a few years now. Love the staff and love the new updates to the salon. It is always so clean and beautiful! Absolutely LOVE my nails today! I believe I was with Nam. He was incredibly sweet and so kind when I asked to add the bow design! I will absolutely keep coming back to deluxe again and again!

Came in for a polish change and showed / asked my nail tech for a specific color and she said she could paint my nails that color. She applied the color on and it didn’t really look like the color I showed her but I know as a licensed cosmetologist how sometimes gel can look different in the nail salon vs natural lighting outside so after I was done I wanted to see how it looked outside and it was a different color! I called right after my appointment and they said they could get me in on Saturday to fix it. Saturday comes and my appointment was at 11 and they told me to wait so they could see what they could do… they had me wait for 23 minutes and the manager or whoever she is tells me since my nail application with the color looks great they won’t fix it for free but if I want the color I wanted they can charge me but offer 10% off… she said it was basically my fault because I didn’t say anything after she put the polish on and that they could’ve ran out of the color I wanted so she put the wrong color on instead. Literally makes no sense lol! Told me I can wear it for two weeks or pay to get it taken off. She was very unpleasant. I told her I wasn’t paying again and I’m never coming back again and she literally did not care. Terrible customer service!! What happened to the client is right? Never coming back to this salon ever again! I’m following one of their nail techs that I was originally seeing when I first came here to his nail salon… also another problem - two people who I have had great experiences with have left! It seems like the nail techs work under pressure like they’re being micromanaged or something. Beware!

I’ve been going here for a little while though and have always had a great experience but this is the worse I have ever had. I had a dip polish change with black french. The french is extremely uneven and the lines are cricked. There’s a giant spot on the front of one of my nails that doesn’t have polish on it. Multiple nails also do not have polish on the sides. The length and shape across the board are extremely uneven. It hasn’t even been a full day and it is already chipping and peeling off. I take great care of growing my natural nails long and he shaped them to be extremely short for some and long for others. I think this will be my last visit.

Made an appointment for my daughter at 10:30am. Walked in to a completely packed salon. Unfriendly employees. I had my 2 1/2 year old with me who is a toddler. I was asked for her to keep it down. The place was packed and the conversations and amount of noise in general was way louder than my toddler. It was very rude and obviously not a family friendly location. I was so upset we walked out after being treated so rudely. Went to the Nail Bar instead who took us as a walk in and was helpful and extremely friendly to my toddler. I WILL not ever step food into this location again.

Emma did great on my gel polish change! I did not like the nails I previously got done in another salon and they got me in five minutes. Emma was quick, detailed, and super friendly.

First off, I had a great experience the first time I came in. Which is why I drove over an hour to come back. The second experience was not good at all, the guy who did my pedicure did not do the massage, which is in the upgraded pedicure that I paid for. The lady doing my manicure must have been new, because she cut my skin on every finger instead of my cuticles. The pictures i'm attaching is literally 2 days after my appt. I'm not upset with the polish, just very overpriced for the service.

I don't get manicures regularly. At all. My previous manicure prior to going here was probably at least 10 years ago. But, I am fairly certain it isn't supposed to be painful or cause bloody, scabby spots on the skin beneath the nail area. (See photo). Also, having nails filed should not include filing of the finger skin. Ouch. It wasn't only me. My 12 year old daughter got a manicure by a different technician right next to me. As we were leaving, we both commented on how "that hurt." The place was packed so it looks like business is good. I don't quite understand that and the great reviews. I am not a picky person and I don't like giving negative reviews. However this time I thought I should share this. If you would like a gentle (or just not painful) manicure, perhaps look elsewhere. Also, the chemical smell of the facility is Strong. This makes sense, I suppose, with how many manicures and pedicures are happening here all at once. And, finally, I paid about $140 for my daughter and myself. This seemed a bit much. Overall just disappointing. 😕

BEWARE! I have been uncharged my last 2 visits, always clarify your fee for the service you are getting. I made a appt for a SNS fill in and there are 2 different fee’s, one for a polish change and the other a SNS manicure. I was not asked what service I wanted and was automatically given the manicure which was $10 more. It was my first time getting my nails done there so I was not aware or asked about the 2 different choices for the service I wanted. And don’t ever count on any compensation or good customer service because Nick a manager only makes excuses. For a very busy and successful salon you would expect a more professional attitude and keeping clients happy and wanting to come back.

I have been getting my nails done at this salon for about a year now. I have nothing to say but an overall beyond satisfied customer. The facility has a lovely welcoming team who greets you and assists with friendly personalities. I then have worked with a variety of nail techs at this facility and everyone is wonderful. I have found a woman at the facility who is perfect and beyond exceeds my expectations every time. If you haven’t already booked an appointment, book one now!!!

I’ve been going to Deluxe for a while now. Their customer service is excellent and all of their nail techs are great! I recently saw Zoey for a polish change and she was very kind, gentle and took her time making sure I was satisfied with my nails. Deluxe is like no other. I always look forward to my nail appointment!

This used to be my go to salon since I live up the street, after today I will not be going back . I waited 25 minutes to be waited on for a pedicure while others who got there after me were waited on before me.
