I’ve come here once before and had such a stellar experience that I wanted to come back! But I’m pretty disappointed the second time around.. Came in for a pedicure, but the technician was so busy chatting with her coworker that she scrubbed my toe so hard she broke the skin and caused bleeding. It was pretty obvious that it was a fresh wound, but she kept going with the pedicure as if my toe wasn’t bleeding all over the place and proceeded to apply polish very sloppily. Not the type of experience I should have had with a $47 price tag. Seems like experiences are hit and miss here, so if you go just be willing to point out things like this and advocate for yourself. I’ll be looking for a new nail shop in the future.

The first time i came it was a pleasant experience. I thought it would be nice to have a spot i could walk to. Theres a lack of consistency, and attention to detail. This most recent time i went it for a fill. The individual doing my nails constantly had the efile on a high setting and a heavy hand. I was burned at least 3 times and verbally communicated this. The third time it was enough to cause visibly redness at my cuticle and great sensitivity. They tried to use as little acrylic as possible, causing uneven nail plates. When making them shorter they did not measure nails side by side causing unevenness, and divets in my nail. All which i thought could be covered with polish, but it was only enhanced due to the thickness of the application. I am a licensed cosmetologist, and while i do manage my expectations for establishments on a fair scale there were too many occurrences this time that unfortunately will deter me from returning.

place was very beautiful and sanitary but tiffany did such a lazy job she did not cover the entire nail with polish and rushed every other step. not worth 62 dollars

Tried this nail shop for the first time for a mani and pedi with gel. Cost near $100.00 - poor foot massage and poor getting dead skin off of feet - scrub. However, colored nails (feet and hands) look good.

Really has fun with the lady that did my nails and pedi. I usually don’t go for the gel, but I was convinced and they did amazing. I felt bad because I was there within the last hour and held them up, but they still did an amazing and thorough job. Great service. Wish I would have taken pics to show you, but you’ll just have to take my word for it. The lady with the leopard print apron is funny and does an amazing pedicure. ☺️

My first time there. Very clean place and the people are nice and welcoming. I got a pedicure which was do worth it. The foot massage was amazing.

Went in just to get my acrylics soaked off and for a simple gel manicure after. They had me waiting more than 30mins just to say that they didn’t have someone to do my nails. Horrible customer service!

visited this salon for the second time looking to get a pedicure which I always get gel with acrylic on the big toes. When I was handed the menu to pick which service I wanted I had chosen the basic $36. Not noticing that on the bottom they charge $15 extra for gel. Which ok, I get it I didn’t see that, my fault. Then another $10 for acrylic. I wish as I was choosing to get these options I was told what would cost extra because at that point I no longer had the menu in my hands. The service started out great until my pedicurist nicked my toe and caused me to bleed a ridiculous amount that I wasn’t sure how she was going to finish. I’ve been cut slightly before but this was a chunk taken off the side of my toe. She proceeded to add rubbing alcohol and paper towels to clean it which burned a ton. I’m not one to get upset and cause a scene so I played it off like it was ok because accidents happen. After getting my total for the service I grew upset I didn’t understand how my service added up to $67. When my base service started at $36. After adding the add ons together I still only ended up with $61. I paid and I’ll never return. I left with a toe that was still bleeding and in burning pain and they didn’t seem to care when it came to the cost.

Diana was great! She was very gentle with my feet as I have medical issues with them. She listened to everything I asked for the care of my feet. Highly recommend!!!

I enjoyed my first few times. Extremely beautiful inside. However, I made an appointment Friday for Monday morning. No one showed up!! When I called I was told " I will find out and call you back." So much for customer service 🙄

I’ve been to Deluxe Nails on two occasions, as a walk-in, and with an appointment. I was immediately seated for the service requested and the results were excellent. Everyone is very friendly!

Love the fact they stay in touch and contact you a few days before your appointment to confirm. From the time you arrive and until you leave. I would definitely come again. I love a place that's clean

Love this new salon in Riverpark! It's clean and beautiful! The chairs are so comfortable. I walked in unpredictably and was so surprised with their customer service, so sweet! They have a ton of colors to choose from! I got the basic pedicure since I was crunched for time but next time will stay for the luxury pedicure. Troy was super nice and did a wonderful job!

Troy was excellent! The salon is nice and clean! No clutter! I was able to relax and enjoy the service! This is my second time here and I liked the fact that I didn’t have to wait even with no appointment! Great to have your pedicure and fill!

Wow just wow!! This place exceeded all expectations! I haven't had a pedi in months. Tiffany gave me all of her time, love and energy. It truly showed and I felt it all from my toes through my body.
