I did a LMT Prenatal training lead by Teba. It was perfect. Teba is a very gifted teacher and explained everything very well. I left there feeling ready to start working on prenatal clients with confidence.

I recently completed the prenatal and postpartum massage CEU course, and it was an incredible experience! The course content was comprehensive and well-organized, covering both the theoretical and practical aspects needed to provide effective care for expecting and postpartum mothers. Teba was knowledgeable, supportive, super fun and provided valuable hands-on training that helped me gain confidence in my techniques. I feel much better equipped to meet the unique needs of my clients during pregnancy and postpartum recovery. I highly recommend this CEU course to any massage therapist looking to expand their skill set in this essential area of care!

Teba is an excellent teacher. She makes everything so accessible and easy to follow. Her grasp and depth of anatomy is truly inspiring. I have to say, for the last couple of years I have definitely experienced a bit of massage burn out and I felt stale in my work after 18 years. I was considering retiring from massage all together. Teba seriously reignited my passion for why I do what I do. I was feeling like I didn’t know the body anymore. Like all the muscles, systems, and skeletal structures had become an afterthought. I was just rubbing away, day after day and as long as my clients left happy and felt better at the end than when they arrived, everything was fine. After spending just a day with Teba , I swear, my neurons were firing and I was like, “Hey, I know a lot of stuff.” I just hadn’t been tapping into all that juicy anatomy stuff for longer than I care to admit. She woke me up! I was sleeping through my work, not literally, but I think you know what I mean. Today was my first official work day at Thistle and I definitely had new job jitters but a funny thing happened. I ENJOYED my work today. That hasn’t been the case for a while. I felt like I had 3D glasses on and I was seeing every muscle I touched while I was working. I saw muscle groups and origins and insertions and tendons and could not stop thinking about the fascia lines! I was so enmeshed in the work that I kept almost going over my time. Teba did that! So all that being said, I just can’t thank Teba enough. I look forward to working at Wild Flower and I hope we get to have more trainings with you. You are beautiful inside and out! Thank you!!

A lot of the reviews mention the spa or massages (which I have yet to experience). I enjoyed the corporate webinars created by deNatura Wellness which my firm provided to all of our firm members showcasing Dr. Gus (a retired neurologist, sleep specialist and mindfulness instructor) and Teba (a licensed therapist, yoga instructor and certified continuing education provider). There was great information taken out of each session.

Nurturing the Mother ® Claire Marie Miller Class taught by Teba, DeNatura Wellness Thank you so much for a wonderful class, Teba. It had everything i hoped for and with out a doubt would recommend to anyone interested in working with pregnant women and new mothers. I am still buzzing. My toolbox has definitely expanded and can't wait to share these new skills with the pregnant women I see in the clinic. I loved the different ways we were learning: reading together, the discussions, practical practice - how everything we learned has a purpose - leaving me feeling equipped to help relieve discomfort and increase well-being. You did an amazing job meeting everyones needs. Going to the clinic and trying out the protocol made me feel even more ready to bring this into my own practice. This class is truly worth a trip across the atlantic!

Teba & her team are fantastic. Teba came to my home to work on my partner & I. Not only did it feel great, the lasting effects were even better. They are extremely knowledgeable & customize treatment based on specific needs, including a customized blend of scented oils. I cannot recommend them enough. Teba shared a video on how to help with lower back pain using the foam roller. I have been doing it over the last couple of days and the results are amazing. I am a runner and my lower back usually hurts. I never thought stretching your quads with the roller would help your lower back so much. Thank you DeNatura Wellness!!

The Certification (Nurturing the Mother) is very complete and contains abundant information (pregnancy, labor, newborn, postpartum). The instructor (Teba Orueta) has a lot of knowledge and experience and makes learning very simple.. You will enjoy this course and learn beyond your expectations, I highly recommend it!

the 3 days "naturing the mother"course is more than a training it is a very intense sharing experience covering the pregnancy Massage, Postpartum Massage, Infant massage. The protocole allows us to combine different techniques such as Hot Stone, Lymphatique drainage, Reflexology, Stretching, Yoga... A large amount of time is reserved to practice with pregnant models, so it is very practical. Many thanks Teba for this wonderful time and I will highly recommend this experience.
