I was so happy to find this place when I was in town for a wedding. Two of us wanted blowouts the day of the rehearsal and they were so easy to book with. They texted me back after I left a message and had exactly the openings I needed a week before the big day, and did not bat an eye or up the price for working with my friend's extensions when I informed them upon booking. The space is beautiful. I loved the old details like the molding and ceiling they left in place from the old bank. The plants create a relaxing almost jungle space vibe.

Updated review*** I came out with a haircut I really liked.. but then after washing it after a few days, it looks very blocky and doesn’t have shape. I’ve washed it probably 8-10 times since I got it cut and it doesn’t look good, whether I blow it out or let it be naturally curly. I’m pretty disappointed because I don’t get my haircut often. :/ I have never had someone flat iron my hair and then cut it… especially because my hair is curly not straight. Cassie was sweet but I unfortunately will have to get it cut again somewhere else. :(

Amazing experience! The team was so kind to welcome me for a last-minute walk-in, and Dominique did a phenomenal job of achieving the exact natural-looking blended highlights I wanted for my dirty blonde hair. The owner has two adorable doggies that roam the salon, one sat right on my lap! I am so lucky to have found this place, would highly recommend!

Went 8/13. Ok fade. When going to have my hair washed I got a big glob of shampoo directly on my eyeball that didn’t feel good and left my eye sensitive and eyelid scabbed for a week.

I recently had the pleasure of getting my first haircut in the States, and I must say, Cayla did an outstanding job. Opting for a fade haircut, I was a bit anxious about how it would turn out, but Cayla surpassed all expectations. Not only did she nail the look with precision, but her friendly demeanor made the entire experience delightful. The fade was executed flawlessly, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Cayla’s professionalism and skill are commendable, and I wholeheartedly recommend her services to anyone seeking a perfect haircut.

The staff at Denham are always kind, courteous, and genuine. The salon itself is located in an opulent space full of lush ferns in an almost industrial-baroque interior full of windows with natural light that overlook some of the more bustling areas of downtown Pittsburgh and is furnished with remarkable interior design. It feels very chic and professional but not stuffy at all. I routinely get my haircuts and highlights done by Brit and have followed her to this salon. I have become a big fan of the location. The owners work, socialize, check-in, and are the nicest people. There are occasionally friendly puppies that wander around and everyone, workers and customers alike, seems to be happy to be there. As a man, I am typically outnumbered as far as the clientele is concerned but the men's stylings are top-notch. I cannot recommend this salon enough.

Absolutely amazing service, truly awesome. Emily did my updo for a wedding and it was GORGEOUS! Hannah also fit me in for a pedicure when I decided I was wearing open toed shoes the day before my appointment. Wonderful staff, wonderful atmosphere, and wonderful job! Already have my next appointment booked😂

If I could give this salon more stars I would! I had a hair emergency. Called them up and I had an appointment the next day. 6 hours in the chair and the pricing was very reasonable. Kimmy was absolutely amazing. She was super helpful and gave me exactly what I wanted. Everyone was super nice. Highly recommend and I booked my next appointment the same day.

The interior of the salon was lovely and had a very positive atmosphere, however I was very disappointed with the results because I simply did not get what I specifically asked for. I got my hair done the day before my birthday so I wanted to do something fun and different! I am brunette and wanted to be platinum blonde except for my roots. I showed pictures to the hair stylist and she made it seem like it was possible and throughout the entire session, she made comments about how my hair was taking the blonde so nicely! That made me think that I was going to be blonde by the end of it. I was wrong. My hair still looks brunette with the slightest highlights possible. It honestly doesn't look any different and it cost me $274. She trimmed and styled it, which looked nice but it wasn't BLONDE. I asked for blonde and simply did not get it. It was just a bad experience for me and I wanted to do something special for my birthday, so I was extra upset with how it turned out. I attached the picture of the before and after. The middle picture is what I had asked for. Would you have paid $274 if you asked for blonde and got this result??

Denham is hit and miss. I’ve had more bad haircuts there than good cuts. Staff is friendly and the salon is a nice environment, but in the past couple years I have had to get my cut corrected elsewhere after a Denham visit with different stylists. The main thing is the stylists don’t check their work. This is a chronic problem at a lot of salons with young staff. I regularly walk out of salons with a $50 haircut and my hair is uneven around different parts of my head because the stylist didn’t bother to review the cut for consistency. I think younger stylists are more about creating an Instagramable look instead of just delivering a basic correct cut.

Kimmy did an amazing job with my haircut and color. She gave me the perfect layers and fixed a prior balayage that was done. My hair looks amazing and I have been using the Aveda smooth infusion which has been a life changer!

Love Kimmie, she’s the best and is such a sweetheart. I normally hop around salons but I’ve gone back to her about 5 times now. The salon itself is so gorgeous, conveniently located and clean! Definitely recommend!!

I'm a simple man with simple needs. However, for a special event I came in to get my haircut here. Sometimes when you go to fancy places to get your haircut as a guy, they are not thrilled to cut your hair. But Brittany at denham & Co gave me the full experience and I left feeling great. I couldn't recommend this place enough and recommend Brittany even more.
