Worst customer service ever. They're supposed to work in a "first come first serve" basis but instead, they don’t have a list to keep track of customer turn. Their friend don’t have to worry about waiting time, they're going to be taken care of rightaway, regardless of customer waiting for hours(I had to leave after 2 hours waiting). They don’t disinfect hair brushes and combs. Complaining to the manager about all of this issues is useless, they won't say sorry or show some respect unless you open your mouth big and loud(which I won't do). Disappointing, I'd rate 0 star if I could.

I was definitely ripped off!!!! If a salon CAN NOT do a certain texture of hair it would be nice if they would at least be honest about it!!!! Whatever so called color they used on my hair, they washed it out, yet charged me for a color. $50... for nothing!!!! And to make matters even worse they told me to go to a barber for a trim. Unbelievable!!!! So I ended up paying an additional $20 to go elsewhere and I was with my toddler son. Going to Denisse Beauty Studio was a complete waste of time and money. Needless to say I will NEVER go back there again and I will gladly tell everyone I know to never step foot in a business like that. Just horrible!!!!!

I'm only halfway through and I'm so happy rn! These women UNDERSTAND HAIR!! My stylist touched my hair and it was like she instantly knew my hair history. My last stylist DESTROYED my hair with a relaxer, and I gave up all hope regarding my hair. I want to publicly send share my deep appreciation for their knowledge and will become a FAITHFUL customer! I have 4C/ Relaxed hair/ neck length

Every time I walk in I feel like I'm going to see my family. If I have or experience any challenges with my hair it's addressed. Each stylist is professional and works super hard at making you look and feel your best. Everytime I go for any service for a wash and set, braids, trim, or hair extensions the ladies always have me looking beautiful. I am a loyal client for over four years. My main beautician is Neri and she is amazing with her hands. She always takes great care of my hair. The other beauticians and the owner do a great job too plus they have patience. It is a great salon to get any service done and the owner is a professional make up artist. Win win! They are always friendly and keep the salon clean.

I came in at 1:00 on Monday. The workers were not friendly or inviting. They seemed aggravated. There was no other customers in the shop. The lady with the blond hair asked what I want. I told her a perm. She said ok and walked back to the back. Then I noticed the aggravation. They all were eating lunch, her the other worker in the red dress and her son. I went to the store and when I came back the lady with the blond hair did my hair. She was very rough combing my hair. Then she proceeds to put the perm in my hair before I stopped her and asked her if she could put some grease around my hairline and ears. That perm burned the hell out of my hair. Thank god I asked for some grease. I had to ask her to put more perm on my edges which didn’t have enough. I even explained to her that my hair got burned and fell out from another salon a couple of months ago. And that I started coming here because the lady that did my hair there took extra special care with my hair. But that lady was not there. I usually go on a Sunday or a Tuesday. It was an entire different staff. While I was under the drier they both took a nap. The other lady with the red dress even laid down on the bench with her face to the wall as her son ran around the salon while she was sleep. Even when the next customer that came in while she was napping, she seemed aggravated while she was washing the young ladies hair. With water running down her face and neck. Landing on her shirt in the front. Not the front of the shirt. These particular ladies need a customer service class. Last thing. Being that my hair was burning unusually bad. Once my hair was done I asked her what kind of perm she used and she showed me Hawaiian Silk. The same perm that the last salon used when my hair burned and fell out 🤦🏽‍♀️ I told her that was a terrible cheap perm and she said the other perm costs more. But I was never even given the option. I might come back on a day that the lady who usually does my hair My hair was growing so nice.

My Go To Hair salon ! There’s not many people I trust when it comes to my hair but I Absolutely love how my hair comes out everytime I come here. The atmosphere is very welcoming and staff’s are very friendly and you can tell they know what they are doing. Highly recommend :)

The service is amazing Ive been using them for years never had a complaint. My wife stares me down everytime I get my hair done here. Great customer service, quicker service than other places I've been to. Before my son got dreads he use to come here and he loved it. I would definitely recommend!
