-Wolf cut Haircut with Stylist Cesar- I had a pleasant first experience at this salon! I was referred by a friend to try this place out. The stylist I requested was Cesar. He was really nice and made sure what I wanted was clear. We discussed about how the new haircut will behave and suite my face, along with general styling tips. We had insightful conversations and had a good synergy. He was efficient with the shears and checked with me occasionally to stay on the same page with the vision I had. I have fine, straight hair. Prior to this, my hair was long with moderate amount of layers. The haircut I requested was a medium/short wolf cut. Despite the big change, it turned out well! Some people might be hesitant on getting this kind of haircut, but it is important to acknowledge your hair type and discuss with your stylist. Do consider how much styling you are willing to do. The wolf cut style is a fun hairstyle that is best styled often. I still experiment with different ways to style this hair.

Super great salon and I will be coming back! Dennis is so talented and my hair looks great I have yet to find a good hair stylist for a hair cut in the city and i’m so lucky to find this salon! Very friendly staff

Dennis and Cesar charged me up to $500 for a balayage treatment. I did enjoy the company and my red hair. But I don’t think it’s worth it to cost this much. Not coming back but somehow I recommend this salon! Good luck hope you guys have the money for it!

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon , What stood out to me was the pressure they put on customers to leave positive reviews. They actually forced me to write a good review, otherwise, they hinted at not accepting me for future appointments! During my visit, the so-called manager was so rude and dismissive. In front of other customers, he refused to accept me when I didn't comply with their demands. This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I expected a welcoming environment, but instead, I encountered very poor customer service. I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience. It's essential to choose a place that values its customers and their feedback genuinely.

I went to Dennis on a recommendation and am so happy that I did! I was a walk in and he was with a client, so he asked me what I was looking for and to come back in 20 mins. From the time I first inquired to payment, I was only there for an hour! I got my waist-length hair washed, trimmed and blow dried so fast and I absolutely LOVED my resulting layers 😁. Dennis was so sweet and made me feel great. Muchísimas gracias!

Brought my daughter here to get her hair cut before she started middle school. I have no regrets at all for choosing this salon. Very friendly and Caesar is on the dot with what style my daughter wanted. It got me teary-eyed eyed as it is absolutely beautiful!! THANK-YOU CAESAR🥰🥰

Recently I went to get a haircut with Dennis. I’m satisfied with it but not happy with the way his female assistant washed my hair. She didn’t put effort into it. She barely wetted my hair then she putted little shampoo that didn’t cover the whole head. She didn’t massage the head at all or taking her time. After she putted the shampoo, she rised right away. I find it she is not as professional. I hope she does a better job next time.

Cesar gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. He was asking questions about my hair routine to see what type of upkeep I would need for my haircut and gave me some great recommendations.

I love my new hairstyle!" My curls air dry and fall beautifully, even if I'm not using extra products. You have a great eye for choosing the perfect color for skin tone. I love your style. Dennis on a scale from one to 10 you're an 11. I only wish I had taken Spanish in high school .

Unfortunately I had a very poor experience getting my hair done. Was scheduled at 2pm and they started on my hair around 2:50pm-3:00pm. Very little to no consultation, everything felt rushed. I asked to get my roots blended with the rest of my blonde hair, I was left with a choppy band all on the inside of my head. I'm flexible and nice about things but super disappointment about not getting any kind of reimbursement. I spent $480.00 plus $100.00 dollar tip. He did offer to come in and fix it for free, but I've lost all my trust in this company. I feel embarrassed, stupid, and used. be very wary

He over charged me for highlights! I booked an appointment with him and put a down payment of 152 dollars. I owed 203 dollars since the whole FULL highlights was (355 in total) but he MADE me pay him 400 dollars right after he did my hair so I basically payed (555 dollars) and proceeded to say “ I put treatment in your hair” and “I blowed dried your hair” and I never even asked for that nor did he tell me he was doing it. On top of that he didn’t ask me what type of color I wanted for my highlights. He did what he wanted with my hair After I specifically told him this was my first time dying my hair. Now all I can say Is I am very disappointed. So please watch out with him. ( I’m a college student working to pay my tuition on my own with no help from no one. In any way would I agree to pay that much amount of money) the down payment was done with my credit card and the rest Dennis literally pressured me and forced me to pay 400 dollars and that was paid with my debit card.
