Heard great things about this place and the lady hung up on me 3 times while trying to make an appointment. Maybe her intention was to hang up on me because I was friendly and she thought I was a telemarketer?? So disappointing

Le estropearon el cabello a mi hija, pésima decoloración y aun así le aplicaron un color de fantasía que lo dejo peor. Tengo fotos. No son nada honestos y mucho menos son profesionales. No reconocen que se equivocan y menos te ofrecen una disculpa al contrario dicen que no hacen milagros. Que falta de respeto al cliente
