Me and my daughter went to get just two braids and they look a mess!!!The older lady who did the braids was rude and the younger lady that she kept asking to do the braids told her no more than twice!!! I will never go there again!!!!waste of time and money!!!

I come here when It’s short notice for braids ..they are often available . The young lady did a good job , not quite like my pic but it’s ok, someone helped the rest of the way, the only concern was when it was time to pay. Day before it was $30 to take down my hair ,then she said $40 day of service + 10 to wash . I said that’s not what was said at first and I would tip, Anyway She was like ok $49 don’t understand why shampoo not included in take down.I do understand that stylist prefers not to do that but if you charge then don’t be mad sometimes people can’t do it themselves.

I’ve been getting my hair braided here for years, this is the second incident where my hair didn’t look like the picture at all. I go here for convenience, they’re always available, but I see why now. I’m done with this shop, the wasted money and disappointment is intolerable, I’ll find a new braiding home, my mom won’t patronize this place either, these ladies know that can’t achieve a certain style and will still book you anyway, why waste everyone’s time like this, I guess they will learn, they gon mess over the wrong customer one day

Rude!!! Just rude!I've tried to give this place several shots. I just can no longer tolerate these ladies backhanded comments they think I don't understand them making. They platted 4 braids too tightly on my lower neck causing the braids to break off entirely. I never came and yelled at them over it because my hair was very short starting out so I know my head was a challenge. However they made sure to make comments and ridicule the spot where the breakage is every time I came in. I'd hear giggling and rude gestures pointing at my hair.😔 They accused me of coming in with dirty hair. When actually the shampoos I had been using were causing an allergic reaction to my scalp. The whole team arrives late and even tried to push me to come back another day and I just stayed because we had already previously rescheduled. They pressure you about "needing money" hoping you'll bring extra cash to tip. There's a younger stylist there that shows up whenever and had the nerve to walk up to me look at me, laugh and walked off saying "how skinny she's getting" I gues because I'm slender lol. Won't be back. Won't be referring anyone to you such rude women. Found a much nicer stylist who does beautiful work.

Don't go here. My hair is natural and when Deo was doing my hair she combing my hair she was detangling my hair by pulling and combing from the roots down I stopped her and asked her was she mad about something my hair is attached to my head I can feel that. She did that until she finished my hair. She didn't apply jell or oil as she braided. I ask her to make my hair just past shoulder length she made it down to my waist. I don't get it. We pay them hundreds of dollars to braid our hair they somehow think they have a right to fix it the they want to. She talks on the phone the whole time and she is very heavy handed.

Just get a basic simple style If you need something quick they are OK. You will be paying full professional prices for subpar customer service, and quality of work. The buisness was clean.

Very poor service, went in for a basic sew in. Braided my hair way too tight and pulled some of my hair out. I had to take the style out of my hair 24 hours later because of pain and tugging. Very overpriced I paid $130 to have my hair ripped out! DO NOT waste your money here

The WORST African hair braiding experience ever! words can’t express my frustration. i went Friday for jumbo twist. Showed her the pic, Instead of her telling me she/they can’t do them, she decided to say “ok, have a seat”. the very next day, the twist were coming down. Quickly too! 3 days later, im just leaving, she replaced the twist with braids. We used the same big parts from the twist which is ok, but the BRAIDS are SMALL and super SHORT. they barely fit in a ponytail. I looked in the mirror hoping it was a dream.Im in total disbelief. i will never return nor will i recommend this place. its also EXTREMELY hot. no air conditioning. door open, fans blowing.

I wear micro braids regularly I get them done 3-4 times a year. Sadly my other shop booked on me and I just had to find a shop to braid my hair. I had plans business and personal plans in the works and needed my hair done. This shop is located close to a family members home so I went. They were very eager for my business I must say and was nice and offered to braid my hair. I sat down around 10 am another lady walked in braided my hair very quickly. Before I knew it it was about 2:30 pm and she was done???? Needless to say my hair was a mess! I am and was very disappointed. I went back a day later after 10 - 20 braids came out from unbraiding on their own and just sliding out i sat in the chair for 2 more hours.... still braids came out unbraiding etc. needless to say the only thing I was offered for this unasked rush job that didn't even last 30 days was a $20 discount for a touch up!!!!????? Like really??? I wasted over $300!!! I wish I couldn't give them a star i would not recommend this shop to anyone. I work for a good company and I could have networked for them and bought more business!!!!!
