If there was an option to review this place with 0 starts I would….first time being here & im a licensed nail tech so my job was booked & I live around the area so I thought I’d give this place a try…. I walk in my 1st impression is this place looks dirty I got seated quick for a pedi…. He grabs a nail clipper from his cart which I know isn’t clean I asked is it clean he says yes than he proceeds to use a dirty nail file & a dirty buffer I asked him why are you reusing those on clients he says he doesn’t have money to buy new ones for each client…& if clients want new ones they need to pre order or pay more for it…he almost reused a pumice stone too but grabbed a new one. Don’t come here they’re not taking and safety precautions at all it’s dirty and cheap here.

Nails OK but customer service was very poor , rude, they talk about you , lady laughed in my face when I asked a simple question about getting nail art . for the price you would expect better and I don’t mind paying for quality work but it was a whole bad vibe . Will NOT be supporting them in the future

a cute set ! my tech was super nice and didn’t rush to finish :) <3 it was a little awkward when i walked in but that might’ve been bcs it was my first time getting my nails done at a salon

Best pedicure I’ve gotten in a long time. He didn’t force me to talk during the service either. I like the quiet. He took his time and was very precise! I could’ve fallen asleep in the chair! 10/10 highly recommend. Did I mention the prices are very fair.

HORRIBLE! DONT GO HERE. Very RUDE! Had someone practicing on me who obviously didn’t know what they were doing and tried to tell me she did! HA! Did a horrible rushed job! Leena was VERY RUDE don’t let her fool you! Puts on a front, they only care about money. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Gave me a crooked nail too I won’t be back ever! THEY HATE CRITICISM chop-shop nail salon at its finest

Worst customer service ever! Gave them a 3rd chance and still failed. Tech sneezing everywhere without covering face, on the phone texting and calling, coming from outside smoking without sanitizing. Worse part is to have to come home to file your own nails, clean off polish from your fingers and buff them from being sharp because the phone was more important than the customer.

I have never been treated so poorly in the 27 years i’ve lived in el paso. I believe i was discriminated against and they took the three people who came without an appointment before me. They most likely made an assumption and i was patient and sat at a chair, no water running no attention being paid to. I sat watching them take care of other people and be rude to me for 25 minutes before i left in tears. Little did they know it was my first time out in years by myself after having a baby. Would never support this business and will be telling everyone about my experience.
