I had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and so much fun. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. My nails turned out perfect—great attention to detail and high-quality work. Plus, the massage was absolutely fantastic! I felt pampered and got incredible value for my money. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch service and a relaxing experience. I’ll definitely be back!

With only an hour call-ahead, the friendly staff was able to accommodate my boyfriend and I for a pedicure together, and a full set for myself! We arrived 20 minutes early and even during our short wait, were updated and checked on several times! All the ladies we directly interacted with were extremely friendly and courteous, but everyone in the salon seemed very professional as well. I felt so pampered and they worked quite efficiently. Call ahead or stop in. You won’t be disappointed.

Today was my first time at Derma Nails and MJ did phenomenal! All the years I’ve gotten my nails done throughout many cities on Ohio, I’ve never had service like this. She cut my cuticles and gave me a hand massage with my fill in. The owner is very polite and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend 🙂

Absolutely enjoyed my service! This was my first time visiting without any prior knowledge of the business or their level of service. Let me just say, this is now hands down my go-to place for my gel manicure. Super nice people, clean and relaxing atmosphere. I'm so glad I found this gem!

The staff were very friendly and attentive. They spoke English and only to the customer. They never made us feel as if we were being discussed in another language. They were educational and informative about the condition of our nails and what it indicated about our health. The salon was VERY CLEAN, and the instruments were as well. My husband and I enjoyed our experience. It was a bit pricey but worth it.

This will be the only place I will ever go to in Columbus! Helen is simply amazing! For the first time since I came to the US, I finally felt satisfied with my pedicure. Helen went above and beyond to make sure all of the dead skin around my toes are cleaned properly. I tried multiple top rated places around this one and it wasn't nearly as good! They always left me disappointed. Absolutely recommended especially with Helen. Will always be back!

Nail tech was the nicest person, but I am not happy with my full set. It took over 2 hours to complete. The nails are all uneven sizes, shapes, and bulge from too much acrylic. Paint is uneven, and tech was only able to complete one accent nail, which was the worst nail, all others were one color.

"The Best Manicure I've Ever Had!" I can't say enough good things about Derma Nail! They use the latest Russian manicure techniques, which leave my nails looking flawless and so natural. The attention to detail is incredible—my cuticles have never looked this clean and precise. Plus, MJ is an absolute breath of fresh air! She’s professional, kind, and so talented. The whole experience feels luxurious and relaxing. My nails are stronger, healthier, and more beautiful than ever. I’ll never go back to traditional manicures after this!

After a weekend full of Christmas Shopping, my MIL, SIL, and I stopped for pedicures on our way home and this nail salon was absolutely amazing! We had the best pedicures and the techs were so nice and professional. They even gifted us each a little present. They will be our go to nail salon for our annual Christmas shopping girls weekend!

I visited this place after looking around the area, hoping for a regular manicure, but the experience was far from what I expected. The manicure was incredibly rushed, and they used a stone or rubber tool to file my nails—something typically meant for removing particles from fingers or hands, not for nail care. This left my nails dull and completely scratched. Additionally, they did not provide hand hydration as part of the service. Unfortunately, I left feeling very dissatisfied, sad, and with my nails visibly damaged.
