Dr Dempsey is the real deal- I have been getting hormone replacement therapy with her for 4 years, and it has been life changing (that is not an overstatement). My health and wellbeing has improved, I even lost a lot of stubborn weight. She genuinely listens, cares about how her patients feel, and has the best bedside manner. I cannot recommend Dermabella or Dr Dempsey enough. Check them out!

I had a wonderful experience with all the programs offered at DermaBella including their new weight loss program, JuveMD. The guidance given by the MD and RD was so informative and helpful with my weight loss journey. I learned so much and now feel like I have a great handle on proper diet and habits to continue after I stop with my semaglutide injections! I went to Dermabella for 3 years for BHRT. While I do find the pellet therapy to be what works best for me, I have had to resort to finding another practitioner due to a lack of ethics and care from Dr Dempsey. While it does seem that the revolving door of poor staff choices has slowed down and one can actually receive a call back from the office now, at the end of the day this is a med spa and shouldn’t be confused for anything other than that. If you are wanting help with hormones I would suggest finding a different practice and stick to the cosmetic side of things if you choose to go here. Either way, she’ll happily take your money but don’t expect follow up or anything resembling care or consideration if things go awry.

Prices were higher than others yet gav it a try anyway. They spend most of your extremely loonnggg appt trying to sell you things you don’t want…. They wouldn’t let my Daughter Nor my service animal in the room w/ me.( Now I can see it’s cause they wanted to isolate me & trick me into 600$ of botox, when I had just had this done a few weeks prior, elsewhere. I came in for Only lips ) So I ventured in alone. Not ok…. When I tried to call in to make a follow-up appt. They told me in advance they Do Not Allow Service animals in the building.

I booked a micro needling appointment with two weeks in advance and when I got to my appointment they told me they didn't have time for what I scheduled for but they have time for another appointment that takes less time for them. Why do you schedule people and waist our time. I work full time, I came on my day off, drove 30 minutes for you to tell me that you don't have time for the treatment that I scheduled. Horrible customer service and disrespect for people's time. I won't ever come back.

I have been receiving the hormone replacement therapy for nearly two years and it's been life changing. Beth and Dr. Dempsey both answered all my questions and are amazing. My hot flashes and night sweats have completely disappeared and I am able to sleep through the night. I also have more energy and my overall mood is much happier. Thanks to this amazing technology, you don't have to suffer. It is an investment, $350 every 4 months but entirely worth it!

I was suffering from adult acne and scarring started to become a real issue I am so happy I found DermaBella. The membership package was the best option for me. It allowed me to choose from a selection of services. I always chose to do the microneedling. I know if I did not do these treatments I would have lasting scars all over my face. I am so pleased with the results! People get surprised when I show them pictures of how my skin used to look. If you think of "bad acne" that is what I had and now you would have no idea I struggled with severe acne. Honestly incredible. I was a bit nervous being a guy going into a spa for treatments, but I was so taken back by how comfortable the experience was and how nice everyone is there. They make it feel like male clients are completely normal , that's how comfortable it was for me. Ruby is so helpful and nice to speak to at the front desk and Olga performs my treatments. I am so impressed with Olga. I go in for microneedling, but she performs so many steps that sooths my skin for the treatment and also relieves my skin after. I have watched videos on youtube prior to my first treatment and nothing came close to the level of service I received from Olga and the healing was so easy on my skin because of her level of attention and care. I highly recommend DermaBella for any guy or girl looking for cosmetic treatments. Great environment, Great People, Great Results!

My fiancé and I recently had hormone replacement pellets inserted and we cannot say enough good things about Dermabella's staff. Beth the Nurse Practitioner went over our results, answered all of our questions and was very pleasant through out the experience. The staff is always pleasant and will continue to go to them for other services.

Dr Dempsey injected an entire vial of Botox into my face in various places that did not take. I have gone to another injector who said it is because she did not get it into the muscle and did not inject properly. Furthermore, she injected 2 vials of Juvaderm, 1 without permission, into the skin ABOVE my lips creating a terrible issue that has to be dissolved and redone by another injector. I asked for a refund and she denied it unless I came back to her for the "repair". I will never allow this person to fail again at the expense of my face and 34 needle injections! Too embarrassed to show photos of my disgusting face now

I have been going to DermaBella for close to 9 years now and every experience gets better than the last. Dr. Dempsey is extremely experienced, trained and knowledgeable in her craft. As I age, she recommends alternative treatments (injections, laser, etc.)that will work best for my skin and age and she has not failed me. Her recommendations and treatments perfectly compliment my face, without looking like I had "work" done. My most recent visit included botox, restyling, and juvederm. I went in feeling like my age and busy work schedule were starting to show on my face. She suggested fillings to soften and plump areas of the face where the lines and shadows were taking over and then she botoxed around the eyes and forehead just enough to smoothen without freezing my expression. Once it all settled, I couldn't get over at how subtle, yet effective, all that she did turned out. She literally took years off my face!!! Thank you so much, Dr. Dempsey! Love my look!

I can’t go anywhere else! The staff is so friendly and sweet and the services always make me feel like I did something good for myself. Dr. Dempsey is an artist with her injectables and does an amazing job still maintaining a natural look that I tend to lean towards. If you want to keep your skin youthful and healthy you have to come here. The monthly memberships make it easy to keep everything consistent!

I love Dermabella Medical Spa! I have been coming here for 2 years and I love the transformation in my face. My experiences have been nothing but excellent. I arrived a very old looking 64 and now my husband and friends tell me that I look younger than a family member 10 years my junior. I was shocked to see someone post a review stating that they were a “scam”. Cathy Shin has been fantastic. She has always been completely honest and realistic about procedures. She has never steered me wrong. I am amazed and have never regretted embarking upon this journey with DermaBella. By the way, I am a member and value the discounted prices I receive due to membership. Someone would be unrealistic to expect 1/2 off prices without participating in this worthwhile program. It is well worth a monthly fee, costs less than Starbucks and makes you feel wonderful.

Well, I have to say first and foremost I don't like to give a bad review but when something is wrong! It just is! I went in on October 9th, 2018. I went in for Juviderm and Botox. I went and got a title loan on my vehicle just to get 800.00 for the work.. I must admit there cross communication between the receptionist and I. I believed that it was 5 for Juviderm and 3 for the botox? Well when I arrived at the appointment I found out I was wrong. So the Dr said she'd use some Restelyn and some other botox type injection . I can't remember the name. Well in just under the 2 month mark I had full movement in ALL treated areas. And even what I thought did look better in my cheek and mouth area, turned out to be swelling. So I called and spoke with them, they made it feel as it was my fault for not getting enough. It just made me feel 100 percent worse, I truly needed a boost in self esteem. I am a licensed Esthetician and Cosmologists who can't even get back to her career of choice, and paying close to 1400.00 for my mistake. I'm really not a pity party person.. but I feel bad about the whole thing with the daily reminder of 4 years of alcoholism all over my over aged Face!. If you read this far.. thanks for listening. I wouldn't trust this business if I were you@

There is no where else to go!! The spa is MEDICAL level and not fluff treatments. Staff is highly educated in equipment applications for safety and amazing results! Dr Dempsey ROCKS!!!

I came in today to get my fillers done and what a transformation! My sister camd in yesterday for a chemical peel with Deanna. Deanna was very attentive and informative as she was conducting the peel. Making feel comfortable comfortableat all time. And today we came to see Andrea for fillers and what a difference! Very happy with the instant results and with how Andrea took really good care of us. We both feel beautiful and we are decently coming back to them.
