They don't care about you as a client even if you're signed up for a membership. My last appointment was cancelled 13 hours before and no one from Dermani has bothered to follow up with me to reschedule. Not even an automated email and this was over a year ago. Ironically they'll charge you a fee if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. I'd potentially forgive this lack of customer service if they weren't continuing to charge my card every month for a membership well past the 6 months I originally signed up for. My results were minimal despite coming in every 4-5 weeks as instructed. At my first appointment I was told it will take 10-12 sessions for full results, which I was onboard with. After 5 sessions when I wasn't seeing much progress I was told it would actually take 14 then 18 as time went on. Seems a bit bait and switch to me. I started with 1 area then added 2 more shortly after. In my first few sessions the technician was barely going over the area and sporadically zapping random patches. I then switched to a new tech who paid way more attention to detail and was overall more thorough (this is when I started seeing some progress). Before this the other sessions were basically a waste of time and money. The staff were mostly friendly, but there was a racist comment made during one of my appointments which is obviously bad form. I'm glad to see others have had positive experiences at Dermani. Personally I cannot recommend this place after my own experience.

Such a great place with reasonable prices! All estheticians are licensed and have experience working with all skin types. I’ve had Microneedling twice (once with prp) and I can truly see the difference. Jasmine is my service provider and she does the best job. AND the prices are right!

Abby my specialist and front desk staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful.. I really enjoy coming here.. Make sure u become a member, its basically a savings account... I strongly recommend Abby for your Botox needs..

Becca was very attentive and I look forward to my results. Jennifer was terrific, you’ll be missed, so I recommend her at the John’s Creek location, should you ever go there. The front desk here at Sandy Springs is always very accommodating and I LOOOVE the payment plan. My visit, after not coming since Aug :/, with a nominal tip, was under $200! 54 units. Not bad at all!!! I’ll be back as I’ve been coming now for almost 2 years.

So in loooovvveeeee with my results. Abby was amazing. She made my lips even and plump exactly as i wanted. Thank you girl!!! Came back to see Abby again and i just loooovvve her. She is do thorough at explaining and executing. She knows exactly what to do to get the desired look. Definitely recommending her.

I am very disappointed. This place (located at sandy springs) is close by my home that is the reason I chose it. Very unprofessional. My appointment was canceled twice. First time, I had an appointment at 9:00am, the esthetician was running late so I rescheduled. Second time, I had it at 11:30am, received a message saying esthetician won’t be able to make it. Seems like they don’t value people’s time. Wasted my time. One of the staffs in the front is nice. She is friendly.

I absolutely love my lips! Today I went in for a second round with Becca. She was really kind, sweet and easy to talk to. She explained the whole process and aftercare in detail. She made me feel comfortable and calm throughout the process. I could not be happier with her and the spa♥️ 10000% recommend!

Had an IPL laser treatment on my face by Jazmin today. It was my first IPL and it was a great experience. Jazmin took great care of me and explained everything that was going to happen before she did it. I also had a chemical peel by her last month and the results from that were better than I expected.

My experience was absolutely amazing so welcoming, and so friendly. Jasmin the aesthetician was perfect. I signed up for a membership after my service. I highly recommend getting service here. Also Kim Smith was so helpful and hands on thank you all for being so kind.

Ask for Alex she is the BEST, I'll go back to see her again. I asked the front desk lady for an extra sample of a lotion and she didn't care to help me with it.

I have been coming to Demani Medspa for many years, now I bring my 12 year old son for facials… I get the hydrofacial, deep facial cleansing and laser hair removal, I love coming here they are Very professional, the prices are fair, the establishment is very clean and the entire work team is very friendly. I hope to continue coming for many more years!
