I recently visited this spa for a massage, and it was a truly exceptional experience. I had been dealing with inflammation for several days, and thanks to Evelin’s professionalism and expertise, I finally found relief. The location is very convenient, and the facilities are spotless, creating a relaxing and welcoming environment. I also want to highlight the attentive and friendly service from the receptionist, who made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. Highly recommended! This place literally stole my money. I booked for a full body massage and 3 days prior my appointment they called me saying my appointment was that same day and that I had 15 min to arrive or I would lose my money, I ask them to check again because I was completely sure that was an error since I wouldn't book a massage for a day I had to work. Long story short, they kept my money and I didn't receive any service. WHAT A LOW CLASS PLACE!!!

Evelyn’s approach to VellaShape is unique and it really works. She combines VellaShape with lymphatic drainage massage with a special tool and her bare hands, and you see the results. VellaShape warms you up, and then she actually breaks the fat & cellulite. I’m coming once a month for maintanance sessions now, and I’m happy with results.

El mejor masaje de mi vida 😍 mi masajista Evelyn me trató excelente , fue muy cordial y amable , el masaje estuvo espectacular, me relajó , me desestresó muchísimo, me ayudó muchísimo con los dolores que tenía, se nota el profesionalismo, y la experiencia que tiene , salí totalmemte renovada , recomiendo este lugar con los ojos cerrado⭐️

My first impression was the poor attitude of the receptionist. No welcoming, no professional introduction, glued to her phone ignoring us. We scheduled a couples massage. Both masseuse had the same attitude... No introduction, proper greetings and they didn't talk to us, even ask if we had any issues. They disappeared locked up in a room, couldn't thank them, that the receptionist asked for their tip. They made me feel like a nobody. Both masseuse happily hugging and walked prior customers to the elevator. Cold to us... May be some discrimination there? Not returning, will not recommend. You hurt our feelings. Retired Veterans

Amazing Experience! Visiting this spa was one of the best decisions I've made for relaxation and self-care. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Juan with warmth and professionalism that made me feel instantly welcomed. The atmosphere is incredibly serene, with elegant decor and soft music that helps you unwind completely. The treatments are top-notch, and the staff (Evelyn, Vanesa and Marcelo) is highly skilled and attentive to every detail. I can't recommend this spa enough! I'll definitely be returning soon for another massage

The staff are incredibly professional and made sure every aspect of my visit was flawless. The massage I received left me feeling completely rejuvenated. Every detail, from the quality of the products used to the soothing music, was carefully curated to enhance the experience!

We should’ve left when the massage therapists failed to ask if we had any injuries or problem areas. They did not adjust the headrest level for alignment or massage our necks or feet. A very disappointing couples massage that exasperated past injuries. Not worth it, even with a groupon. Place was clean.

Ms.Delma is absolutely amazing with her hands & professionalism. She was very kind and very knowledgeable of what she was doing. I’ve been very tense lately and she rubbed all that away. 10/10 recommended. I will be definitely be coming back. Thank you again.

Amazing experience at Dermanova spa! Took my mother in law for a couples massage and it was phenomenal. Perfect pressure, relaxing atmosphere, we didn’t want it to end! We had to take a few minutes to pull our selves together after it was over. We arrived a few minutes late and they still made sure we got our full 50 minutes. They do honor Groupon prices so I’d recommend going directly to them rather than booking on Groupon. Best part is there is no pushy upsell at the end of your service. I would absolutely recommend Dermanova for all your massage needs. Can’t wait to return.

My first facial ever and unfortunately it was not a great experience. I was gifted as a Mother’s Day gift the BB Glow and European facial treatment. My appointment was at 4:30 and I arrived at 4:26. My treatment was supposed to last 1 hour and I was done by 5:00. I was also shocked there was no questionnaire form to be filled out regarding my skin health and concerns. It felt extremely rushed and not very relaxed. I bought it to their attention and Evelyn that did my facial tried saying I arrived early and before my time in which I only arrived 4 minutes before my actual booked time. To compensate they scheduled me another facial only for the esthetician to text me the next day saying she’ll do a 20 minute mask treatment since that’s the time I missed out on. I feel like I was robbed of my experience. I mentioned that my expectations were a little different and I was expecting a traditional facial. She then explained they don’t use steam which ok, I understand. She then explained she did what she thought was best for my skin and did special treatments. There was for sure a lack of communication and the Groupon is very misleading as well. It mentions it includes things like a detox juice, a sauna, and other amenities which were never offered to me upon arrival. I also mentioned I expected a shoulder massage in which she said she didn’t give it to me because she didn’t want to apply vitamin C on my eczema, which was confusing to me because she had asked me if I had a skin care regimen in which I responded I do, and it included vitamin C. It was very anticlimactic and super disappointing. I will never come back here again I am beyond upset and our money went to waste. Maya however is awesome. She was very compassionate and understanding and was just trying her best to see a happy customer. I appreciate her help and her going above and beyond!

Really let down with this massage. Probably the weakest we've ever experienced, literally. No neck massage or shoulders. No hand or foot massage besides popping of fingers. It was just light rubbing for maybe 60-70 mins (should have been a total of 80 min massage PLUS FACIAL) and then they do the facial which was more quickly putting creams and things on and off of the face. All around not relaxing and big disappointment when I spent $240 and additional $60 for tip (undeserving but we always just tip good). Don’t waste your money going here.

I’m not sure why the negative reviews. But, don’t listen to anybody. You must try places out on your own to find out. My experience was fantastic, the staff was awesome!!!! I’m definitely going back. I purchased the couples Swedish massage and it felt so relaxing. The ambiance and everything was awesome!!! 10/10!!!!

I didn't go to many places to get massages in my life, but one of the ones I went, this was by far the best of all! The attention of the staff was excellent, Evelyn and Derma treated us in the best way and made us relax at a spectacular point! The atmosphere and attention is all that makes this place so good! We'll probably come back ❤️

I received a 50 minutes deep tissue massage as my Christmas gift from my daughter. I had severe legs and back pain and by the time my massage was over I was able to walk back home. Evelyn was my massage therapist and she is absolutely amazing. She found all the sore spots and knots in my back, my legs, my arms and was able to sooth them out. She gave me some good advice on what to do afterwards and what activities I need to do. I would highly recommend going to Dermanova MedSpa and trying Evelyn and you’ll see what I’m talking about.

The couples massage was a great experience. Dermanova was very clear on communicating how to locate their suite. Both Masseuse worked hard to provide a comfortable and relaxing experience, as well as a 10/10 massage. I cant wait to visit again.

Went here for a couples massage with my wife. It started with an unfortunate misunderstanding. We originally asked for the 50 minute massage and then changed it to the 80 minute massage with facial… It was never recorded and our massage surprisingly ended short without the facial. I think it’s because my wife only speaks English and the front desk guy struggled to understand her and she needed to repeat herself frequently. The message therapists were very nice and professional, however, the massage was only 40 mins, it felt like the speed setting was set to 8/10, and I never got my feet rubbed(my wife did). We left the experience with a very bad taste in our mouths.
