Was a client for months. Thought the service was great until…I lost my aunt recently and had to cancel my appointment because of that. When I tried rescheduling it appeared my account was restricted with no desire from DS to figure out why….When I reached out to share my concerns I was met why passive aggressiveness. Please see the screenshots below. Extremely disappointed. If you want to go somewhere you are valued and seen, especially as a Black Woman, don’t go here!!!

I’ve been going to Dermaspace for the last 4 or so years, and it’s been a lovely experience. My esthetician Trevor Brady is the best. He is kind, gentle and very knowledgeable about product ingredients for my skin and always makes thoughtful recommendations on how I can improve my skin. Exceptional customer service. I never feel pressured and that’s what I appreciate the most. I really enjoy my facials and treatments with him with good laughs in between. I highly recommend him for all your skincare needs! He’s the best!

Dermaspace is an awesome place for someone that's never gotten a facial before! My fiance booked me an appointment leading up to our wedding and Trevor was a huge help with everything. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me since it was my first time at a medspa.

I started seeing Olivia once a month and had never really prioritized my facial skin care until now. I really appreciate the way that she navigates the process and explains in detail why she is doing each step during the appointment and educating on best ways to treat my skin at home. I would definitely recommend DERMASPACE for anyone looking for consistent and healthy skin.

I’ve been working with Jody since 2016 and he’s wonderful. Very knowledgeable about your skin conditions. I was full of acnes and pimple scarrings, and you can visibly see the improvements after just a couple visits. My friends now ask me what I do for skincare. I still go regularly now and always have a great time!

I started seeing Olivia a few months because chemotherapy treatment left my skin full of clogged pores and hyperpigmentation. I was looking for an esthetician who understood my skin and could help nurture it back to how it was before treatment. Olivia did not disappoint! She recommended the DERMASPACE signature electrotherapy treatment and I started to see significant results after the first 2 treatments. She also recommended new, AFFORDABLE products for me to try and that changed the game. Going through cancer treatment was devastating enough and the skin issues exacerbated it. I am truly happy I found her!

Trevor has been amazing in helping me prep my skin for my wedding. He has recommended some great products but doesn’t push you to change your routine or buy new products if you have some to use up which is awesome. My skin has never looked better and I absolutely love working with him!

I’m a butch woman who came here hoping to improve my acne scars. Instead, the tech was condescending with every little thing he explained. I’m not sure if it was because I wasn’t pretty enough, feminine enough, or knowledgeable enough to “belong”, but either way I certainly won’t be returning.

I have super mixed feelings about this place. REVIEW THEIR ONLINE MATERIALS! This is not a spa facial, which they site on their website, however I feel there are things they could do to make the experience better. I also didn’t love being left in the room alone for 30+ minutes. I wish the music was customizable per room because i was so bored. It would be nice if they could add in some massage or even just chat with your esthetician during that time. Napping felt impossible Because the bed was just a towel down and wasn’t overly comfortable Overall, I have not noticed a huge difference in my skin. First week was ROUGH. My skin looked picked at and then started peeling. Overall i do think my fine lines have improved more than it would with a normal spa treatment. Staff is wonderful and friendly. I’m giving it a 4 star because they do what they say they’ll do. Good for some, but I am conflicted on returning.

I wanted to give 5 stars but giving 3. I tried their foundational IDERM facial along with LED therapy. The first time I tried it, it was with Christopher and I had astounding results and the most beautiful, bright and glowy I have felt after a facial for an extended time ,close to two weeks. I had the facial in the evening and by night, my god I was glowing! I came with so many blackheads to the appointment, but Chris did such a wonderful job with the extractions. It was completely painless, and yet my nose was squeaky clean to the point of even my nose glowing. There was significant reduction with blackheads. I wanted to replicate this experience and save the second IDERM facial for a friend's wedding, however I had no noticeable results after the second same exact facial, that I had two months later; which I was so looking forward to. Infact, there was no difference at all before and after. Even my extractions were so painful and yet no noticeable difference in the reduction of blackheads on my nose. It would be good to know from dermaspace are the customers not to expect consistent results post the same facial? If so, the expectations should be set upfront before booking appointments so that the customers have the required knowledge. Or I am not sure if it was the change in the esthetician with the second facial or the esthetician's skill level that makes the difference? Then I would have gone the extra mile to book the same esthetician. Or was it simply a change in the intensity setting of the electric current used that made the difference which should be consistent as well to at least have the same results from last facial if not better. Not sure but severely disappointed with the results after second facial. I followed the same exact precautions after second facial that I did with my first facial. I became a fan of dermaspace foundational IDERM facials after my first facial and even brought my partner to do IDERM foundational facial after my amazing first experience but even he did not notice any difference before and after the facial, though followed all precautions as advised post facial. It is highly disappointing to know that you cannot expect consistent results with the facial and if not, the expectations should be set upfront before booking appointments or referring other people , since the people have the right to decide for themselves if they want to do the facial . It made me loose my face and my partners money since all he wanted was at least brighter skin for he was feeling dull but there was no difference. I was also under a false impression to get the same results since I had saved this facial for my friends wedding. So quite disappointed. If there was a way to replicate results and ensure consistency, this place is 5 star. Unfortunately a 3 for me for now. EDIT: Giving a discount on a service does not mean compromise on quality in any way!! Specially when you are working on somebody's face! Customers are not meant to be treated like guinea pigs to train new employees!! Discounts are not meant for that! And if you are planning on using them as a training ground for new employees, please let them know in advance so they can decide for themselves.

My experience at Dermaspace exceeded my expectations from start to finish! Upon my check in with Rebecca who is so pleasant and engaging, to my Iderm facial and chemical peel with Jody. His sense of humor, the way he explained everything he was doing, and just how amazing my skin looked after a couple weeks is a well deserved 5 stars!! I will definitely be going back and recommending this place!!

He is so meticulous and uses the best natural ingredients and it’s the perfect balance of extractions and hydration. He’s also so kind and so patient this place is a Seattle gem

The business is great! love what they have to offer, their associate however “Olivia” i would not recommend if you have a choice. She was disrespectful and smelled of “weed”. Don’t think that’s a great look for the business or her career for the future.

I really like this spa! I was a customer here all of summer 2022. They offer great services and frequent discounts and promotions. I just personally did not love the modality for the acne facial, the infrared dome. Your face is wrapped in moistened yuca leaves as a current passes over your skin for 20ish minutes. It helps with acne and inflammation and is effective. My preference is more of a spa facial with various cleansers, scrubs/exfoliants, and moisturizers to treat the skin gently. The electro current felt a bit harsh on my skin and the thought of doing it again was unappealing simply because I did not like the sensation. Although, the estheticians are really cool and nice. They will chat if you want or give you peace and quiet if you prefer. You will leave feeling relaxed and like you got out of it what you wanted. Side note, I would not recommend biking here. There is a bike rack outside of the building, but locking an e-bike on a public rack in downtown Seattle is frankly not a risk I am willing to take anymore (I’ve already had one stolen). After I explained this to them, the staff at Dermaspace graciously allowed me to bring my e-bike into the office suite to store it safely while at my appointments, which I always appreciated.

Trevor was very thoughtful and took the time to understand my needs/concerns with my skin. He is so knowledgeable about skin that I felt very comfortable being in his care. I highly recommend this place and to book with Trevor. Can’t wait to come back soon! Best facial ever!
