Great location. Beautiful interior, relaxed atmosphere. I have long thick wavy hair, and Corrine always gives me the best haircut I could possibly imagine. Plus she’s so much fun to spend an hour chatting with! She definitely cares about her clients and how they feel about their hair when they leave the salon. So grateful for her talent!

I don’t say this lightly because I have 15 years in the beauty industry, but Corrine is absolutely the most talented hair cutter in Austin. Sometimes talent and personality don’t meet, but on top of this she actually is the coolest person to talk to and very humble. She will actually LISTEN to your needs. Book yesterday, for real.

My bob with Frankie has been hard to digest. Hair sticking out in the wrong places. One side heavier than other. She has made my overall look go drastically masculine, far from the feminine sexy bob I like. I’ll be fine, hair grows fast……

My mother had an appointment with Jason and paid $115.00 just to schedule an appointment. Then get there’s and he acts like she has lice and he said it’s going to be more than $200.00 to do the hair, like she can’t afford to get her hair done! He proceeds to say, Oh, I don’t have the color she wants to do. She left crying because of how she was treated! No person should be treated that way! If I could give it a zero I would!!

First timer and the salon is a nice boutique style set up in a great location. Laken is amazing! I went in for a root touch up and blow out and she gave me the best blow out I’ve had in a while! Highly recommend going to see her!

After sifting through the mountain of praise piled on to this Salon online, I was tremendously excited to book my first appointment. Everything went smoothly during the booking process, and I’m confident that these are some of the best artists in Austin, though I never got to experience their work personally. However, I tested positive for Covid the day before my appointment and called, emailed and texted to reschedule from the emergency room. While the Salon did cancel my appointment for me, they banned me from ever rescheduling or creating a new appointment with them. I am shocked at the lack of compassion and care by management of this salon for a virus that has hospitalized tens of thousands of Austinites and millions around the world. I felt totally discriminated against for an already traumatic experience and couldn’t believe that an establishment would react with such a lack of empathy or understanding in 2022. UPDATE 11/2022 Hi everyone, just wanted to formally thank the business and its owner for making me feel valued and beautifully styled today. The owner did everything in her power to make things right and I have nothing but respect for the way she responded to my situation. Thank you for hearing what I had to say and wanting to help. I will be coming back to Wendy in the future.

Got my hair colored by Jason recently and he is a 10/10. He did a great job helping me figure out what I wanted to do and was very realistic about what was achievable. Let me tell you, my hair looks FAB. Definitely would recommend.

Went in for a hair consultation FREE OF CHARGE!! and the lady was very nice about it and gave me super good advice about how long to wait to grow my hair before she recommended me to come back in three months, definitely let me know also how to take care of my hair in the meantime and what products to use!! Will be seeing her soon and hopefully with more positive things to say in addition to this review!!
