I was visiting from out of town and desperately needed a braid take down removal that had been done by another hair artist in another state. Desiree took me as a walk-in and did high quality service on braid removal and washing and styling my natural hair after. She is a very sweet, kind hearted woman and is very professional. I would hire her again for hair services in the future if I am ever back in the area needing my hair done (: thank you Desiree you are an Angel

Straight up...worst hair experience EVER!!!! Don't waste your time or money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She talks endlessly, has no real experience with hair, overcharges, brags as if she's the greatest, the place is filthy and disgusting, she took 3 days to complete my hair and she wasn't on-time not once, and totally ruined it my hair.

I had an amazing time with Mrs.Deseree she did my blonde mid back boho goddess braids and I am completely in love she is so kind and sweet and has so much worldly knowledge you will definitely not be bored during your appointment. Terrible experience. I made an appointment for my son in advance, only to have here be leave my son sitting there while she worked on everyone else. The twist are loose and not what he wanted, and then she charged 65.00. Not a place to patronize if you’re under 30 years old.

I wish I didn't have to leave a negative review because Desiree is a nice person but I am not satisfied with my hair. I went in to adjust my extensions, it was time for maintenance and to bring them up. She seemed to not have the appropriate beads so she improvised. However, she wanted to charge me $500 for her improvised work which is way more than even the most expensive salon charges for that job. I would have much rather her told me that she couldn't do it rather than overcharge me a ridiculous amount. Anyways, the extensions did not last past 2 weeks before they started falling out. They were extremely uneven as well. I wasted time, money, and even worse, my extensions that I paid so much for are totally ruined. My confidence is totally shot. It seems that her expertise is in weaves and braids; not extensions. Which is fine. I think she should focus on her expertise rather than "figure it out" with other people's hair.
