I have been seeing Roxie off and on for years. Roxie is excellent as a stylist and she is so easy to talk to and the whole experience has always been great. She is honest, knows her craft, and you will absolutely leave with gorgeous hair. I love color and Roxie had always achieved what I wanted whether it was blue, purple, red, teal, and now magenta. My hair is so soft and shiny and I often get compliments about my hair. Plus, the salon is clean, cute, and has a very relaxed vibe. All the staff had always been nice and they always offer me drinks and snacks during my visits. No high pressure selling. Try her out, Im sure you will love her.

I found Roxy recently after a friend recommended her. I wish I started going to her for my hair sooner. Roxy and her salon are a true gem. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I look forward to my appointments. Roxy has created an fun and relaxing space with her adorable decor. She even has snacks and drinks for clients. My hair color lasts longer after seeing Roxy than it ever has anywhere else. She’s also very detailed and covers EVERY gray hair which is important to me. Bottom line: she’s very talented and one of the most genuine people you’ll ever meet.

I would REALLY like to be able to leave a good review for this business. The owner, Roxy, really seems very nice and I imagine her operation usually runs much more smoothly than when I visited. I had read rave reviews about two women and assumed they were the only stylists that worked there. I was wrong. I was matched with someone that has been working part-time and for just a month. I have pretty long hair that I wanted "lifted" or highlighted. Well, I had sat in that chair for an hour and a half and the newest girl was still applying color to the back of my head. She truly didn't know what she was doing, as Roxy or Kelsey would have to repeatedly come over and correct or show the proper procedure. At one point I had all three women working on my hair and my guess it is because they knew how long it was taking. I sat in that chair for 5 1/2 hours. My hair looks "decent". They charged me the full $400 and then was prompted for a tip by their machine so $450 total. I do believe I should have been given the choice to have someone so new do my hair, as well as a discount for literally sitting there for 5 1/2 hours. I didn't even get my hair trimmed or styled because it was just so long. I wish I loved my hair, but honestly, it looks about as good as when I went in. Not worth $450. I get that I have long hair, a lot of it and it is hard to get to lift... but I have NEVER had an experience like this. Don't necessarily steer clear, just make sure to book with Roxy or Kelsey.

Love the employees here. So friendly and always have the best service! The hair products they carry are THE BEST. The stylists are extremely knowledgeable and care about their work! They do not rush through appointments and make you feel extremely welcome. Personally, I go to Kelsey Rose- if you are a blonde HIGHLY RECOMMEND :)

I hands on heart adore Roxy; it’s not just the hair, the colour and cut (which are all amazing) but the boost you get to your self-esteem on leaving her salon. I went from a dowdy brunette with quite a lot of gray to blonde. Even my work colleagues didn’t recognise me. Roxy has helped me maintain the colour and even with the Tucson sun it is still in top top condition. Can’t recommend highly enough!

I love this place! It is definitely a step up from your regular hair and nail salon. This place has nothing but class and style. Snacks and drinks and the people who work here are so sweet and kind. I moved to Phoenix from Tucson and will drive back every 5-6 months so that Roxy can do my hair. I have been to all of the big shot places from Scottsdale to Awheattuke to Chandler. Hands down Roxy is the best! Nobody has Come close to matching the cut and color she does with my hair. She is professional and knows her stuff. I also appreciate the education she has provided me with over the years in maintaining my color & overall health of my hair. She definitely has a passion for what she does. If she recommends you a product GET IT! She will flat out tell you it’s ok if you don’t buy this product through me; just as long as you get it and use it, the health of your hair is what matters to me. FYI don’t buy it through Amazon!! What a nightmare. I just get it from her while I am there. Plus Plus she has a nail girl (Wonderful job as well) there now so it’s a one stop shop for me. Hair, product, nails & Pedicure 🙌🏻🙌🏻 These Women go above and beyond, you will not regret it!!

Roxy always does great work! It’s been a while since I’ve been (thanks, pandemic!) so my hair was in dire need. I had long thick hair that was all different colors/tones and Roxy worked her magic with a complete overhaul. I feel like a million dollars!

Great experience with getting my hair dyed vibrant purple here. Instead of bleaching the bejeezuz out of my hair, she strategically highlighted sections, which took the purple very well. The color came out beautifully, and i didn't have to spend a full day in a chair for the lightning and coloring process. As a bonus, she sold me some color protection conditioner, which she mixed with the purple dye to help maintain the color. Already have my color refresh appointment scheduled!

There aren’t really enough words to describe how wonderful Roxy is! Honestly, she helped me when I was in a real bind and had been cancelled twice by another salon. We just moved here but I have found a hairdresser that I love!! She listens, she’s honest and very very sweet, and she did a fabulous job with my hair (which I have abused myself). I now feel a little younger and a little more confident and it’s honestly because of the great job she did. She worked with my hair color and cut and has made life a little easier for me now with styling. Roxy, you rock and I can’t thank you enough!! 😘

I received the absolute worst haircut to date from Roxy. I was appalled. She claimed to have experience working with ethnic hair, none of which was displayed during the time I sat in her chair. Roxy and another stylist split my hair up and both "had so much fun" as they put it, blow drying my hair. She then straightened it and butchered my hair. I wouldn't return to this shop if she gave me free services.
