the best blonde experience i’ve ever had! chelsea fixed the absolute mess of hair i had going on and made me feel like a new woman. all of the girls were so sweet and fun, they made me feel so taken care of and accommodated. love this place and can’t wait to go back

I've been searching for the right blonde specialist for seven years, and I finally found her in Emily Grace! Not only is she a lovely person, but she truly knows what she's doing when it comes to hair. My hair is thick and grows very fast, which often makes my highlights painfully obvious within just a few weeks. Emily, however, does an incredible job blending, so the regrowth is far less noticeable. If you've been struggling with bad blending, I highly recommend asking for Emily. She’s everything I've been looking for—and she nails it every single time!

Emily Grace is absolutely the sweetest person and incredibly talented! I came to her with the idea of a hair transformation and wow did it turn out amazing! She was so informative throughout the whole process and attentive as to be sure the integrity and health of my hair was a priority. I recently had my first appointment at this salon with Chelsea, and it was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, Chelsea made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for, and her attention to detail was impressive. The end result was exactly what I had hoped for! I’ve had a wonderful experience coming to this salon. I have naturally brown hair but I’ve been blonde for many years and have had a hard time finding a place/stylist that I’ve enjoyed continuing to come to.

I have been going to Desert Blonde for over a year now. The team at Desert Blonde is fantastic, super helpful and friendly. I have been seeing Jamie for platinum blonding and really like the suggestions on color and smudge root to help keep my hair healthy but at the light blonde level and tone I prefer. Highly recommend.

It seems like my recent salon experience wasn't quite what I expected. I went in for a balayage on my curly hair, and the service was supposed to include a blowout. However, since I usually wear my hair curly, I chose to have it styled that way instead. I assumed the stylist would take her time with my curls and use a diffuser, but she only towel-dried my hair, applied two small pumps of cream, and sent me on my way. I was surprised to find that I was charged the same price as if I had received a blowout. If I had known this, I would have opted for the blowout. I got my hair done on a Saturday, and the stylist I saw kept mentioning that she wasn’t supposed to work Saturdays, but had two appointments which made me feel like a burden. However, after leaving the review, the owner called me and kindly offered me a complimentary blowout which I appreciated. It’s clear they care about their clients, and next time I will be more prepared.

Maddy is my favorite stylist in Scottsdale. When I came to her I was almost in tears from bad experiences and 3 years later I am so so happy! I won’t go to anyone else. She listens, makes recommendations, and she has a real full understanding of color and style which I find is rare these days. Not to mention she is a bubbly ray of sunshine and I always look forward to seeing her. Highly recommend this blonde babe!

10/10 all around the salon is absolutely beautiful, they have a variety of snack & drink options (alcoholic or virgin) and everyone is so nice. jenna is practically my favorite person in the entire world. I look forward to every single appointment and she knocks it out of the park every time.

Emily did a full highlight and trim for me on Wednesday and I am obsessed! The blonde is so bright and the root tap looks great. I was concerned about getting a root tap because in the past I have gotten too dark of root taps from old stylists. I always left the salon looking like my blonde had already grown out! The cherry on top was how nice she was. Definitely recommend her for your next color and cut!
