I took my son here to get his dreads re twisted she seemed very nice and cool we was talking and everything I did have my son appt scheduled before I left, a couple of days or week after his first appt I had text her to reschedule due to the fact my son had to take his HSPT the morning of his next appt. She agreed to reschedule but I never heard anything back from her I even text her a couple times afterward thinking maybe she be busy but I never got a response. That was the first time ever meeting her so I don’t understand why she would ignore my texts. I won’t be back again but good luck to her.

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic experience at Designerae for crochet maintenance near Cincinnati. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and took great care with her items. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend for top-notch service!

This salon is so clean and nice. I went to get my locs retwisted and she took me in right away. My hair was done with care and she took her time. When I left out of there I felt pampered and cared for.

Desirae is professional, produces great service and work, clean, friendly and well priced. I am a new client and I KNOW that my hair will be in her hands going forward without a doubt. She is very educated on what she does and has a therapeutic energy about herself and salon. She also has an assistant Mya who is held to the same standards that Desirae holds her self to. Not to mention, both ladies are still rapidly blooming and getting better. If you have or are considering locs in the Cincinnati tri-state area, weigh your options and I can almost assure she will be in the top tier. She is THE LOC LADY!!!!

Been seeing Desirae for my locs for over a year now. I am bi-racial so I was worried about the texture of my hair working with the style I wanted but she made it work and it looks great every time I visit her. I met her a couple years ago and I was concerned about getting lox’s because I had a certain image. I had a few bad experiences with stylist so I expected the worst. From the consultation to the many of appointments with my lox’s I never had a complaint. I was afraid of finding someone like Desirae in Texas which is where I was relocating; so I decided to just cut all my hair off. I kept them. So when I’m ready to possibly reattach them I will be flying back to Ohio for her to do them. She’s very honest and understand that everyone’s hair doesn’t require the same treatment. I’m grateful! Best specialist for lox’s in Cincinnati. 😊

Not only does this brand do hair but Desirae's passion for hair is more than just styling. Her homemade locking product, which can be used for various reasons to moisturize, is great quality. The care for healthy hair is also an important characteristic that her brand values. She will educate her clients and help restore your hair back to good health, and in my opinion its my monthly therapy appointment.
