The only place I go for my hair and I go to the same stylist for some years now. It took me a few years to finally find someone in the area who listens and is good with thin, long hair. Great atmosphere, plenty of parking, always on time, and very friendly/helpful.

Lori T is the best stylist when it comes to curly hair! I've been going to her for years and have never had a complaint about my cut or color. This salon is wonderful and everyone there is kind, friendly, and professional, from the front desk to the hair washers to the stylists, and on and on.

I had an unfortunate experience at another salon with my haircut. I requested layers and long side bangs...the experience left my hair choppy, not blended/uneven. I took the chance and requested any stylist. I ended up getting Emily for my appointment. She took her time during the consultation and guided me on how we can fix my hair without compromising my length (my hair was waist length). It turned out amazing and she did such a great job on my cut! I couldn't thank her enough and I left with a smile on my face. I haven't been able to find a stylist that nails the inspirational photo but she certainly did! Thank you again Emily!!

Are they surgeons?? I called today to get info about getting a trim and shaping of my current style- not anything fancy. No shampoo needed. Just wanted approximate pricing and schedule of stylist referred to me. I was told no prices could be given- I would have to make an appointment for a come -in consultation with the stylist(;no charge) and they would advise costs! Then set up appointment. Are they kidding?? Too fancy for my pants! Ridiculous!

I have been to this salon numerous times through the years and am usually very satisfied. During my most recent appointment two days ago I went in for an all over color and a haircut. Upon arrival the stylist and I had a good consultation about what I was looking for and went over inspiration photos, I felt we were on the same page. The stylist brought out to hair color and after applying it to my entire head tells me she added a warm tone to the mixture which I didn’t not ask for as I was going for a cooler toned dark brown. This wasn’t as big of a deal to me as it could be easily fixed with toner later on. I had showed her a photo of the haircut I was looking to get but somehow I ended up with bangs that I had no desire to get and absolutely hate they do not work with my life at all. I specified that I wanted to be able to tuck the hair behind my ear but it is far too short to do so. I asked to have my hair cut at a certain length but instead she thinned out my very thick hair to what is now paper thin on my head. Two hundred dollars later I left the salon devastated. I am so extremely disappointed and upset by my experience and that I now have to live in hair I hate because my wants as a client weren’t pursued but rather pushed aside so the stylist could do as she pleased. I really don’t think I will be returning after years of coming here because of this awful experience.

I have been going to Antonio for 6 years now. When I started my hair had the texture of cotton candy due to a previous stylist (Not from Designer's Edge) cutting corners and not doing anything right. It took Antonio about a year to fix how broken my hair was. He never once rushed or took a shortcut. He was always patient with the whole process. I am happy to say that my hair is healthy and looks amazing thanks to him. I get so many compliments on my hair now! He has a wonderful personality and is always up for a challenge. Now I come in, sit down, and simply say "Do your thing!" I can't tell you how refreshing it is to trust a stylist again! If you aren't happy with where you go please check him out! Your hair will thank you for it!

The salon is beautiful and clean. Kayla who did my hair was very friendly but unfortunately couldn’t do what i wanted but most hairdressers cant. I wanted balayage but got partial highlights and they are barely noticeable. What surprised me was what I got charged for it. Pics attached. Sent them an email hoping they will do it right by me. Paying $172 for the service I didn’t receive just very disappointing. Will update my review once I hear back from the salon

I am writing this review as a customer of designers edge for the last two years. I’ve never once had an issue with any haircuts from several different stylist. Then came Antonio…I was charged $40 instead of $30, I assumed because my hair was longer this time. Still I thought it looked fine and gave him a $20 tip. After going home and showering I realized Antonio decided to change the position of my natural part. I went back in person to ask why, which was met with arrogance and being dismissed. I was not asking for a refund or anything back. This review is not about the bad hair cut. It’s simply about Antonio’s rude response to being asked about his service.

I really enjoyed my visit here! Zach did an amazing job with my massage - highly recommend him. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because there is no steam room/sauna or soaking room as one would expect at a garden spa. Nevertheless, I will be back!

She took her time with me, addressed the concerns on my skin, and overall just gave me such a relaxing experience. In December, 2023 I had a very nice experience with 90 minutes massage/reflexology and hour pedicure! I received a courtesy upgrade without asking. Such a nice surprise. Marina did an outstanding job on my hair in a full-day session without causing any damage or breakage. She corrected a previous color job from 6 months ago and added a full head of blond highlights to my naturally dark, Middle Eastern hair. Marina showed amazing skills in sectioning and achieved a flawless color lift in a single application. She ended the session with a K18 treatment for added protection. I highly recommend her : )
