Haven‘t been to Destress Express in a while because we moved across the James River. After a physically demanding week, though, this guy was kaput. Made the drive across the JRB and found Destress was just as good as before. Chrissy was a lifesaver! Thanks!!

I've had numerous massages here over the years and they never disappoint - relaxation, deep tissue, prenatal. They have all been wonderful. Love this place!

I have had the most amazing experience each and every time I’ve gone to Destress Express! Shout out to Quayla who gives the best deep tissue massage. I've been rocking with Destress Express since around 2013. Lemme tell u that this place ages like fine wine, they get better and betterer with time! Troy(my masseuse) was phenomenal! I got the ashiatsu and it gave EVERYTHING i needed it to give! If u are a deep tissue massage kinda person, ditch that and get ashiatsu!

This was my first time and recommended by my cousin who enjoyed it so I had to try it. I loved the atmosphere and it smelled really good in there which set the vibe. The front desk had great customer service and was extremely nice. I did a 90 minute reflexology massage with Chadwick and he did not disappoint. It was my best massage ever and I will definitely be back whenever I'm in Newport News.

DeStress Express offers a Great Massage experience. The Staff is Professional. The Massage Rooms and Ambiance is Relaxing & Comfortable. Keke is one of the Massage Therapist, She is Awesome!

My massage was WONDERFUL but the prices on the website are not accurate! You pay based upon your massage therapist’s experience. They are leveled and are at different price points. Online, it says a deep tissue massage (60 minutes) is $75…I paid $115 without a tip!!! I was shocked! It is sneaky and deceitful to do that to customers.

Stan provides an excellent sports massage. He targets those areas that are strained during my running training and road race competition. With Stans help I hope to contiue runinng and racing. 45 years and counting!

Wonderful Pedi! Very comfortable and private (separate rooms) facilities. Have not tried massage but hear they have great therapists. Give them a try; your body will love ❤️ you for it!!! Tried the deep tissue massage, Keke was wonderful! Take your significant other for a spa 🧖‍♂️🧖‍♀️ day! Try a manicure 💅 or the couples pedicure! Kay or Megumi will have you walking 🦶 on clouds ⛅️.....
