I made a same day appointment with Briana and she did absolutely incredible! She worked with me on a style that really fit my lifestyle and preferences and she did an amazing job. She was so accommodating and she was so nice to talk to! The room was small but cozy with music and lots of cool decor. She transformed my dorm room haircut into a beautiful bob. Thank you so much Briana!

Briana is THE BEST!! AMAZING!! She gives me the best cut every single time. I was so bummed that the salon on Folsom had to close temporarily (because someone ran their car through the wall in the middle of the night!!). But, her spot on 16th is super cute and I love it just the same. Of course, I would follow her anywhere. So, it really doesn’t matter where she is. I’m there!! GO SEE HER!!

I have been going to Details (and before that, Lush) for about 15 years - this loyalty is due to the quality of the service, the kindness of the staff, and the really lovely relationship that I have established with my stylist (Briana). I have always found that in addition to the quality of the services, there is such an attention to detail (ahem) in the salon that makes the experience special.

I have been seeing Briana at Details Salon for over 5 years. I live in Monterey and make the trip every 6 weeks to see her. She is worth the trip every time! I get my hair cut and colored by Bri and the product she uses is very gentle, so I don’t end up with damaged hair. She always takes the time to make sure she understands exactly what I want and she hasn’t missed yet! Even with her recent temporary change in location to Downtown Sacramento due to an unfortunate accident at her original location , she has managed to keep her high standards in both her space, her haircare and professionalism. I’ve never seen anyone leave her chair looking unhappy- only beautiful!

If you are looking for an AMAZING stylist go see Briana! I recently found Briana because I had an awful experience elsewhere. Briana fixed my hair color for me and made me feel like a million bucks! I’ve been a client of Briana’s for over 12 years. I followed her when she opened her salon Details in Sacramento. Briana is really great at listening to what you want and giving her input as well. Not only does she do great color keeping up with all the latest trends, she gives the most awesome cuts. I always get compliments on my hair and have referred her clients who are always happy with her. Her salon is always very clean and it’s always a very fun and personal experience. I always look forward to having my hair done. Give her a try, you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been a client of Brianna for years and I was so happy to hear that she was able to open up a temporary spot while the main location is being fixed up. I was pleasantly surprised how she was able to make a window space feel as if I was still in the main salon. I highly recommend checking out the cute temporary spot off 16th street in Sac, and calling Brianna for any of your hair needs. She is simply the best!

Okay so I had an absolute nightmare in this salon. It was my first time dying my hair and maybe the last because of this experience. I wish I could insert a picture of how badly my hair was dyed. Instead of an ombré I got like a section of black and rigid blond in the middle. My hair stylist was Greg, he was a nice guy and did try to fix it a second time without charge, but I had to go to a fourth Russian women who worked from home and she gave me the look I wanted. I came here 3 times and payed twice only to get it redone a fourth time at a differnt place . I’m sorry but it was horrible. So here you see my original hair was black. Then Greg did his work the picture in the left, and finally THANK GOD the Russian women fixed me up!

Salon is closed, owner is on her own trying to make a living out of a studio she’s renting out. She over charged me for something that was mediocre and not exactly what I asked for, I wish I would have said something but it was already awkward and I just wanted to get out of there so I paid her and even tipped her. Definitely regret wasting my money. I bought a color at a local Sally’s and fixed it.

Louise is a MAGICIAN with curly hair!!! I randomly wandered into a salon she worked at years ago and have been following her around ever since. No joke! I’ve moved all over the west and am always struggling to find a hairdresser who REALLY KNOWS how to cut curly hair. I have literally scheduled visits to coincide with trims so I can go to Louise. Moving back to the Sierra was heavily swayed by the fact that she lives and works in Sacramento. Curly-haired ladies look no further!!! Louise is your lady! (And she’s a multitalented sweetheart!!)

The salon is clean, tastefully decorated, and quite comfortable. All the staff are personable and eager to offer beverages while waiting. Hairdresser, Jaime Lukinbill, consistently provides artistic cuts and styling which are flattering from the first day of cut until the next appointment.

I have been going to Details Salon for about 6 months now. Briana Burster is the owner and a fabulous styalist. I had an Ok cut before but Briana updated it and the colour she is using is fantastic. I love the highlights she put in. The salon is very welcoming. I always feel pampered here.
