Got my hair done by Aubrey and I have to say it’s one of the best haircuts I have had in a while!!!! I gave her some creative freedom with the layering and shaping. I was lacking the confidence to go short but she really changed that for me. Extremely talented hairdresser!!!

Got my hair cut by Abry. We did a big style change and cut bangs into my hair. I havent had bangs since a kid. She gave me the perfect hair cut and I am so in love with my new look!

I’ve never been one to fall asleep during facials, but that all changed when I started coming to Raina. She’s so thorough and kind without being overbearing. Lara did my hair, highlights and a Brazilian Blowout and OH MY GOSH my hair has never looked or felt so so good. And the experience was the best, they offer coffee, tea and wine. She gave a great scalp massage and my scalp was clean for days after I didn’t even want to wash it. My hair came out exactly how I wanted it and better.

Kat Linares is wonderful! She did a great job cutting my hair and talked to me about the best cut and products for my hair care needs. I'm so thankful I was able to see her during the very short time the salon was open (before shutting down again for Covid regulations).

One of the most mediocre blow outs I’ve ever had I asked for shape and volume..... Stylist gave me neither..... Left with flat hair....no volume or shape Would not go back

I can't say enough kind things about this place. Not only were they super helpful with the products, the receptionist is a delight. It's cozy, they have the tea, and it wasn't a bad Saturday I spent here. Best part is, I am super happy with my cut and color! Katherine really took the time to understand what I wanted as a new client. I finally found a place to get my hair done here in California 😊

Katherine was awesome, she did a great job of figuring out exactly what I wanted even though I realized I hadn't been explaining it that well:). I have very thick hair that can be quite a challenge, and she gave me an awesome cut with a great style - best I have had since moving to San Diego 3 1/2 years ago. I will definitely be using her as my permanent stylist.

Always the best!! I frequently receive compliments on my hair from strangers. The cut & color is terrific. The salon is contemporary, staff is courteous and very professional, squeaky clean facilities and fun. They offer refreshments (beer & wine) if you are interested.

Looking for an Aveda salon here in San Diego, I was happy to find Details SalonSpa, and was pleased to see such great reviews, since I was traveling and needed to find a salon and stylist that I could trust. I was delighted with Jaime, and so pleased with both her skill as a stylist as well as her lovely demeanor and service. I felt right at home! Thank you, Jaime!

Was finally able to cut out all of my layers and have one length above my shoulders. I asked for long layers and got 4 1/2 inch layers cut into my hair. 4 1/2 inch layers are long layers if my hair was down to my waste, not above my shoulders. Now I have 8 more months to grow and cut my hair so I no longer have layers
