I recently visited Detoxtopia and while the location is within Valencia's apartment building, it didn't prove to be much of an issue. She was friendly and professional. However, I was surprised to find that I needed to provide my own towels and that no cold water was available to me after sweating in the sauna blanket for 50 minutes. Unfortunately, this detracted from my overall experience and, if corrected, would be a great improvement to her service.

Detoxtopia was GREAT! I am 8 months pregnant and felt like I needed this so bad. I actually got my days confused and came the day before and she still was kind enough to work me in. It was very neat to see the results and I felt better afterwards. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere was calm, Val was extremely accommodating to me and my daughter's. She made sure we were most comfortable. Val is very friendly and down to earth. My feet felt so good after the detox.

Very unprofessional!!! Ladies please I repeat do not allow your mate to receive ANY services. On 8/16/22 I paid (online) for mines to attend a foot detox & guess what. By the way I did schedule the appointment. It was more that just that! Oh yes she did contact to make sure he was still on the way and yes! She ask me for his number(your right you’ve never met me).Of course with a newborn baby crying in the background I gave her his number thinking nothing of it. All throughout the day him & Valencia was texting also he felt comfortable enough to call her late in the hour. I rate this to be very unprofessional. I guess she’s really selling “happy ending”. When I did call her she advised me that she keeps all her clients numbers. But remember Im the one who scheduled so yeah your doing more than keeping number MRS. Thristy. But if you want him continue to keep in contact with him because you can have at him. #lookingoutforALLwomen

From the time I saw Val’s smiling face on Google til when I left the spa every interaction has been nothing but superb. I had the ear candling, foot detox and full body wrap and each experience left me feeling amazing. The energy that Val puts into the whole process was amazing. I was suffering with ear infection and sinus congestion. I could not even clear clearly out of my right ear. I scheduled appointment for ear candle. My right ear was in so much pain. Val did both ears. When I sat up, pressure was gone from right ear and my left nostril opened up from the congestion. She explained everything to me when she opened up the candle. So much was going on inside my ear. Scheduled my next appointment with a foot detox also. The atmosphere has such a vibe and feels welcoming. Everyone should do a lil self care and this is the place to get it.

My experience was very relaxing she was very laid back and hospitable. She was very knowledgeable and informative on what was going on with my body. After I was finished I felt so light and my brain fog was completely gone. Thank you again I will be back in 3 weeks her prices are very affordable

Omg so today was my first experience at Detoxtopia. I was Greeted by this beautiful woman Ms.Val who made me feel so welcome. The Space is very lovely, peaceful and comfortable. I enjoyed the music. What an amazing experience! I found Velencia/Detoxtopia in an online Google search and am so very happy that I did. She and the experience (ear candling and full foot detox) were top notch! Valencia is super kind, accomodating, and knowledgeable. Through the procedures she offers, she can provide you with information on what your body expels and why it does so. It was very interesting and educational. I left there feeling completely revived and will definitely be going back regularly.

Valencia gives good relaxing vibes. My constructive feedback choose a relaxing color scheme throughout. The ear candling was intriguing this was my first I would prefer the option to have a candle per ear vs one candle for both ears. I also got the foot detox the space for this was less than desired; however, I enjoyed talking with Valencia. She also introduced and offered a liquid vitamin pack. Overall the services are great. Valencia is great. I will recommend others.
