Couldn’t recommend Dewy Skin Spa more! Carmen is amazing. They will tailor your facial and create a relaxing environment all while effectively educating you on products and the process. I’ve had two facials and two peels so far and will be back for more maintenance facials.

Dewy Skin Spa is definitely one of my favorite local places to visit in town. The vibes are very cozy and welcoming. I always feel very well informed about the products used on my face treatments. I have been to other spas but this one doesn't compare to how much the extra mile they go about their services. I couldn't recommend this place enough, I hope to be back very soon for a relaxed self care day!

Dewy Skin Studio was the first spa I used when I moved to downtown SA. I have loved every experience since from eyebrow lamination to back facials, Carmen is great! She’s knowledgeable, helpful and very understanding. I highly recommend Dewy Skin Studio.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Dewy! Booking my appointment was seamless and incredibly convenient. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and welcomed into a calm, serene environment—it truly felt like stepping into a peaceful oasis. Carmen was fantastic—she took the time to ask about my skincare routine and followed up with personalized recommendations to help me maintain great skin after my facial and between visits. It made me feel like she genuinely cares about me and my skin's health. The entire experience was so comforting and felt like such a luxurious treat. My skin feels amazing—glowing and rejuvenated. I got the Head Spa treatment and would definitely get again. My hair looks like it came back to life, and their products did not leave my hair oily or left with product buildup. This is the only place in San Antonio that I’ve seen provides this service.

Amazing experience, booked the BFF package and they were kind enough to include champagne for our celebration. They also stayed open so we could come after getting off of work. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be back.

I came for the first time to Dewy back in 2020 and I loved their service, that being said I went ahead and booked again with them July 2023. I had been at the hospital for weeks and I was really looking forward to this upcoming facial. Comes the day before the facial I decided to reschedule my appointment for later in the month, therefore I went ahead and clicked the link and it didn’t give me an option to cancel just “reschedule”(mind you I did this 24hrs prior to my appointment) so I went along with it and decided to just reschedule my appointment. I received the text message confirming my appointment for the new date. Comes the next day I received a notification that I was “a no call, no show” and therefore they were going to charge me the full amount. I tried getting in contact with them but they don’t have a direct line it’s all google phone, therefore I left a voicemail asking for call back asap. Right away they got back to me via text, explain they couldn’t call me back due to attending other clients at the moment but proceeded to explain that I had 2 appointments under my name and this one was a no call, no show; and that there was no record of rescheduling just a new appointment for later in the month. I explained that appointment was my rescheduled appointment and not a new appointment. But in their end this is what they saw, a no show and couldn’t do anything about it cause there was no record of “rescheduling” just an added appointment. They mentioned I had confirmed my appointment but all I did was booked and a week later rescheduled. Never did I received any text to confirm the appointment few days prior to the appointment, how you typically do with any service. You typically book your appointment, a day or 2 before they send you a link to confirm the appointment and then you go on to your service, but that was not the case for this business. All I got in return was an apologize and that’s it. This got me extremely upset, one because they showed no interest in trying to give me a call back to handle the situation or even be able to explain myself. I kept going back and forth through TEXT trying to explain what happened. But they were not interested. Due to their unreliable system, I got charge for a $200 service for a facial I never received that I specifically rescheduled 24hrs prior, never received a phone call from the owner to listen to her client the error her system created. Owning a business is more than just sitting in a chair to do a service & collecting the money. It’s about listening to your clients if something is going wrong, making sure the systems you bring to your business are working in favor to your business & to your clients. To be able to provide excellent service to keep your clientele & continue to grow with new clients.

From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was calming and welcoming, setting the perfect tone for a relaxing escape. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, taking the time to understand my skin’s needs and recommending a customized treatment plan. My esthetician was not only skilled but also genuinely passionate about skincare, which made the whole experience both enjoyable and educational. The facial itself was divine :) complete with soothing massage techniques and high-quality products that left my skin glowing and refreshed. I also appreciated the serene atmosphere, which helped me unwind completely. I had my first experience at Dewy a few days ago, and I was thrilled with the services! Before my appointment, I appreciated the complimentary parking and the easy-to-follow directions on their website. I filled out a thorough questionnaire about my skin, skin goals, and comfort levels. I opted for the custom Dewy facial with dermaplaning and their new scalp treatment. Even several days later, my face feels incredibly smooth, and my scalp is still clean and free of buildup. The relaxing atmosphere from the moment I walked into their studio to the end of my service was wonderful. I especially loved the aromatherapy and the arm massage during the facial. I highly recommend Dewy to anyone in the San Antonio area or anyone visiting the city for a quick, relaxing escape like I did!

Dewy Skin Studio is the absolute best. The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Carmen is the ultimate! She is the best at what she does. She is very professional explaining what she is doing, and as you get to know her, conversation starts, as well. However, sessions are usually calm, peaceful, and relaxing. It is a wonderful experience that I look forward to every month! My face, skin, and complexion have never looked or felt this good!

I love coming here for facials! the facials Carmen gives are my favorite that I have ever had. I live in San Antonio and try to come here whenever I want to treat myself to facials. Carmen goes above and beyond to create a relaxing environment, even having a question on the intake form about how much talking we would enjoy (a question I so appreciate because I usually just want to relax). She adds relaxing parts of the facial where she'll give you a mini massage and really makes the whole experience feel so luxurious. Facials here feel like the ultimate self care and I also love seeing the difference in my skin, especially feeling more confident in my skin when I am not wearing makeup! Carmen also feels so genuine where she will give DIY tips that are cheap easy and natural treatments for my face. Lastly I love that I can trust that Carmen is using natural and healthy ingredients because that is important to me :). Lastly Carmen has a great personality and is so funny, warm, and sweet! She is like that friend who always pumps you up and helps you feel confident and see yourself <3. I love this spa so much!

So happy to finally have made it into Dewy Skin Studio!! Carmen was amazing, the facility is immaculate, and this was by far the best and most relaxing facial I have ever experienced!! Carmen was so kind and informative, she made me feel so comfortable and luxe, I cannot wait to go back! I did the April special and added on an LED nap to top it off. My skin looks so much brighter, my acne scarring definitely improved, and I am SO counting down the days to get myself back on to her table. Highly recommend this establishment to anyone and everyone! Dewy Skin will take care of your parking so don't be afraid to take the trip into downtown if you're a local!

Best esthetician in San Antonio!! Carmen is incredible. She is extremely knowledgeable about skin and her treatments. She took the time to understand my concerns and created a plan leading up to my wedding to give me more confidence with my very acne prone skin after I had a bad experience with another place. My skin literally GLOWS for days after visiting her and she knows exactly what my face needs. She’s always going above and beyond, doesn’t rush, and I can tell she loves what she does! Her place is also so cute and tranquil. I’m super bummed to be leaving San Antonio because she has helped my skin exponentially over the course of about 2 months!!!

I had so much build up in my pores and she took her time taking it all OUT! She went above and beyond for my facial and I’m sure she can for you as well! The glow I have now is like nothing else. I decided to treat myself for my birthday, loved it so much that I became a member! It’s been 5 months now and have had the greatest experience. Carmen is so kind, chill, and knowledgeable. She has helped this newbie fall in love with a skincare routine, and find some of the best playlists to listen to! I got the custom dewy facial and let me TELL YOU ! This facial has helped my skin with any acne breakouts that I had. Carmen was so sweet and educational about the whole procedure. She explained what was going to be used during the facial. I felt like I was in a safe space where I can relax and enjoy a day at the spa. I found Dewy skin studio on Instagram, I went for my consultation immediately connected with Carmen of how you can see she really loves and knows about skincare. Skin and hair care are so important to me BUT I am also allergic to common ingredients and have sensitive skin. Carmen was so mindful in creating a facial curated to my needs. The studio is so beautiful and the atmosphere is relaxing. Carmen was so sweet and knowledgeable, introducing me to products I’m eager to add to my routine. I was even glowing the next morning and for days after! I loved the facial and Carmen so much, I became a member and get my facials monthly! We had a bachelorette facial party at this studio before my wedding! It was magical and the perfect event before my big day. The space is gorgeous and all seven of us had the most relaxing facial customized for each of us. They provided robes, slippers, champagne, water, healthy snacks (but not the strawberries and macarons in the photo), and even sent us home with mini facial kits before the ceremony! Our skin was glowy leaving and lasted for days after. If you're looking for something chill for your bridal party, or if you are just looking for a natural, healing facial, this is the place to go.

My session was wonderful and relaxing, I was recommended a peel to help my acne scars. The chemical peel definitely gave my skin the boost it needed. I saw immediate results and into my 2nd day my acne scars are almost invisible. Carmen was very informal and helpful with creating a new skin care routine. I'm definitely coming back to maintain 😊
