I have tried so many stylist in Austin. I got to a place where I would pay any amount of money to get my hair the way I like it. I can't believe Delia has opened this salon just down the street from me. She rocks color and cut! I just love this place. Not your crazy big box salon. Nice music, intimate and professional. I know the day will come when I won't be able to get an appointment. I am a happy client for sure.

I got "baby" highlights and without being told in advance, it cost almost $500! I thought I was going to die. My hair looked nice, but I have never been back. I suggest always asking in advance at this place what the cost is going to be BEFORE you have a service done.

Bailey is my stylist, I have never had a better hair cut and style! I also got to try lash lift and tint and definitely am obsessed! She is stuck with me! The salon is very beautiful and stylish and all of the staff were very friendly and welcoming

Very impressed with their Covid protocols. The salon is very clean, nicely decorated, and everyone seemed happy. I met with Tabatha today for a color retouch. She did an excellent job at an affordable price. I would recommend D'Flores Hair Studio.

I came to Delia after my other hair dresser competely messed up my hair! Delia saved me! She was able to turn the bad highlight job into a beautiful highlight! She is now getting my hair healthy again and I love how she styles it! I'm so thankful for her!

Delia is awesome! She is fast and creative and always works me into her schedule when she can. My daughters and my mother come here too. Her team- Risa and Rain make the place run so smoothly- and Risa does the best boxer braids in town! I am usually very picky when it comes to my cut and color but Delia knows exactly what to do and I have never been disappointed!

If I could give her negative stars, I would. Very unprofessional. *EDIT TO OWNER'S RESPONSE* Hello, D... Since you said you would burn my hair off with chemicals "If I ever step foot in your salon", I will NOT be coming in for a free haircut. Also it's not nice to call people names when they don't want to pay $600 for a basic root dye-job. I mean, come on... who in their right mind pays THAT much for roots?

The customer service is fantastic, Delia, Rain and Risa treat everyone with respect and go out of their way to make you comfortable. They really listen to your beauty requests. I’m always extremely satisfied when I leave.

Absolutely horrible!!! I was charged 470.00 for nothing that I asked for. I had no idea and was never told I would pay that much. I also was told it was impossible to go blonde. She didn't even go all the way to my roots. I went back the next day to get the damage fixed and she still messed it up. Leaving for the coast tomorrow embarrassed of my hair. I'm So upset. Never again!!

Gina is amazing!! I went in to get my eyelashes tinted and when Gina saw my eyelashes and how long they were she suggested I could get them lifted and they would look like I curled them every morning. I have hooded eyelids and my lashes can get lost with no makeup on and NOW that is not a problem because they are dark and lifted and look like I have extensions. I highly recommend Gina!!!!!

I feel so comforable here. The Salon is beautiful, and Delia makes me feel beautiful! She is very professional, kind, and boy dose she know hair! I have had, high lights, low lights, Brazilian Blowouts, and hair extensions! She has been doing my hair for 12 years if that tells how pleased I am!! Alisia another Master Stylist there is wonderful too!

I have been a client of DFlores studio for a long time. Delia is lovely, listens carefully to what you want to have done and is always so pleasant. I love working with Delia in her new salon as well. Delia is constantly educating herself on the latest with color and products. She even helped me with my make-up! Delia understand color like no other! Here I am several years later and Delia has added so many talented team members. I love Gina and her amazing talent with eyelash extensions. I'm going to try and eyelash lift and facial next! I love Delia and her girls here! She is so good that I'm willing to drive 50 minutes from northwest Austin. She takes care all of my hair needs, color, Brazilian blowouts, highlights, etc., and I go every two weeks, because I am gray! She is so sweet, so talented, and professional. The salon is also extremely nice and super relaxing.

I love Delia and her staff! They really pamper you and make you feel and look your best. I am very happy I found her when I did. I had just had my hair color done by someone else and it was a disaster. I was gonna have family pictures taken that weekend. Without knowing me she took me in and corrected it. This is the only hair salon I've ever been to where I've been 100% happy with my hair cuts and color! They always make sure everything is exactly like I was hoping for, and I appreciate all of the work they have done for me. Seriously the best, worth every penny. <3
