I had an amazing experience with Bridget! She was so gentle with my hair and her personality is amazing! She's so warm and inviting and made me feel super comfortable and at ease. I would absolutely recommend anyone book with her. She's super experienced with all hair types. I have 4c type hair and she took her time detangling gently throughout the washing and blowdrying process. She's amazing at what she does! 😊

very disappointed overall. regular silk press and “rejuvenating” one are the same. i shared my hair goals, received a trim came home and i still have tons of split ends. no follow up after i reached out expressing how disappointed i was, absolutely won’t be returning

I came and had Bridget do my first ever silk press!! From the start to finish the vibes were so nice!! I left the shop shaking my hair and already about to book my next appointment with her. It's such a cool experience and she did a great job on my natural hair. The color, the highlights, and style...everything was amazing!

My appt was cancelled the morning of. As u can see in the thread, there was an attempt to reschedule on the 15th which I couldn't but it clearly stated if I couldnt do the 15th then she would attempt to still get me on that day by someone else. Granted it wasn't guaranteed but my issue is the lack of communication especially since I responded 5 minutes later and sent another text a few hrs later. I waited a few days to post this review in case I do get a text back but it's now been 4 days and I haven't gotten a response nor my $22 deposit back so my time and money was wasted if y'all didn't want new clients that should have been said in the consultation. soon as you think you find promising hairdressers u get proven wrong. 3/12: I did see the refund and thank you. However the only call I received was after I left my review. I'm sure if I didn't leave this review I would have never got a communication. We can just leave the business at this thank you for my money back you guys have a good day.
