I remember on 2 occasions my brother tried to get his hair cut and then another time my mother took my 7 yr old nephew here to get his hair cut and BOTH WERE IGNORED LIKE THEY WERE NOTHING. We live in the neighborhood and wanted to show love. Well, they failed twice. They never acknowledged them, and guess what? They will never go back!!!! Thanks

They cut slow. They're very unprofessional to customers. You go in for a cut they all look at you not wanting to cut your hair. They treat certain customers like you're not worth their time. Never have I gone in somewhere and been denied a cut. 4th time I went in there and they all refuse to cut my hair, all because I asked the barber in the 1st chair why he overcharge me when I've been going there for so long and my cut been a certain price? So to get back at me for saying I shouldn't have been overcharged, they deny me a haircut. They're customer service is the worst. And they don't have to worry about me going in there again. I wouldn't care if they're the only shop open. I feel disrespected and will never give them a chance to do it anymore.
