Natalie was the lady who attended me and the service was very poor she was with little knowledge it seemed as if she had no experience. I came in with a full set looking for a fill and she couldn’t do that wanted to change the color as if their nails were hers. She wouldn’t use enough powder as if she didn’t want to use it. And I got there with 10 nails and she broke my nail. And she is a liar Poor customer service no water was offered.

I think this is the best place to get your nails done on the southside, even if I lived far, I’d make the drive! Every SINGLE ONE of the ladies that work there are so friendly, the vibes are never off! Every time you come in, they are greeting you, they explain their services to you, and the services they provide are exceptional in every aspect. You want a clean, sanitary, and friendly environment? Go to diamante nails. You will not regret it. While you’re there, get your hair done too!

Was referred here and the talent these girls have is amazing but do not complain Renee will be you in her slam book and be so rude to you from that point on and pray she don’t need to fix a mistake - game over . And to watch how she micromanages all her employees is so sad and how she makes it sound like they are not capable is so sad cause the girls are nice and young but soon enough they will know that’s not how you are supposed to be treated in a place or business . Truly even though the talent is amazing dealing w Renee is not WORTH IT

Friendly environment with great energy! All the girls are amazing and hold great conversations lots of laughs I highly recommend! The work is always beautiful and last me over a month which I love. Pedicures are detailed with great massages. This is definitely my favorite place to be.

Renee (who I believe is the owner) and Felisha were amazing!!! My 2 sisters and I went in off of a recommendation from another but didn’t have any appointments. Renee seemed as if she bent over backwards to make sure we got taken care of and even started one of our nails herself to help out in between her appointments! My older sister is special needs and these two ladies, and even other staff members, were so patient with her and made her feel like any other women in a nail salon. Felisha is awesome and did the designs on all three of us. She was so neat and meticulous with her work that each one of our sets came out looking AWESOME! Diamante definitely has a returning costumer from us and it was soo worth the 30 minutes drive!!!

Went in this morning for a full set, and Leslie did an amazing job on my nails. She really took her time and did what I asked for. I will definitely return, it’s so hard to find someone who knows what they’re doing and takes their time. Thank you Leslie for the great experience!

Worst experience of my life. Im not one to speak up when i don’t like what i see but i left upset after the fact my nails were left so ugly. Went back for the manager to redo my nails and she seemed bothered and a big inconvenience for her to have to redo them, which was not my fault at all they should have been done good the first time. She was so rude and the vibe was so off. She basically blamed it on me saying it was my fault they were the way they were because i had switched shoes (which was not the case, they were already dry!). After she was done with my nails she got up and left and not a word from her, not an apology or anything. Sad how they don’t take good care of they’re first time customers. Don’t spend your time or money coming here.

After being told I was too loud and made people “uncomfortable” I will never come here again. And no i was not told directly that day.. They decided to talk about me after I left lol.. So glad I have found someone I can personally utilize since I spend a lot of money monthly getting nails and toes… however, in this particular environment, I guess my loud laughs with the nail tech caused a “disruption” (I even apologized when I THOUGHT I was being loud)… orrrrr maybe your owner needs to expand her eyes to color blindness???? Just saying💁🏻‍♀️

I visited this place on Sunday December 18 got a mani and pedi but I will most definitely not return to this place my nail tech seem frustrated while doin my pedi she dint clean properly and when she did my hands she left the edges very sharp and all my nails were different length plus the color was not coated evenly

I went in on Nov 24th I did set an appointment prior to going to there was no wait time. The customer service was great and the tech doing my nails was friendly. The services I received was a nail fill with gel polish, toe nail gel polish change and trim. However the next day my thumb nail was already chipped. Then three days later two more nails chipped. Now it’s only 12 days later and it looks as if I new a whole new gel polish and fill. Also one of toe nails is chipped. Prior to arrival I was quoted $30 fill with gel polish, but I was charged an extra $10 gradient color understandable. But when it came to my toes I was charged $25 for gel color change only and then and extra $10 for a trim which honestly wasn’t much trimming. But my tech didn’t express any of these extra charges prior to doing what I was asking. So to my surprise I was charge more at the end when paying. I did also receive an eye brow wax which I was completely satisfied with. Ive been to several salons and I’ve never had my gel polish chip. Or ever been charged to trim my nails slightly. But overall it’s a nice salon and great atmosphere.

I’m a regular with Mariah so wherever she goes I go! She now works at the new diamanté nail studio and it’s clean and very “covid” protected. She have many options for colors and also the “trendy” nails. Will be coming back for a set each time with Mariah!

I’ve been going to this place for a little while and I love it ! Everyone there is super nice and super friendly, Renee would always work with my work schedule because I worked 8-5 during the week and mostly all day on the weekends. Lauren is the BEST, she always does EXACTLY what I ask for and asks multiple times what I want just to double check, and she absolutely kills it every time! Her lines with the polish are flawless and her shaping is amazing, on point every single time ! There’s always a good atmosphere in the shop and always something good on the tv ! 10/10 I love this place and will continue to come here as long as I’m getting my nails done, this is the only place i trust to do my nails !

Renee and Lauren are the best!! Always a fun time with them. The salon is cute and clean. There are tons of colors to choose from and the work is impeccable. I get a gel mani/pedi and have never had an issue. This was done 5 weeks ago!

This was my first time at this location and I loved it! Staff was super friendly and my nail tech, Lauren, was awesome! She was super sweet, gave me exactly what I wanted, and helped me figure out what I did want when I didn’t have an exact plan for my nails. I will definitely be going back!

I had the most wonderful experience with Stella (pedicure) and Renee (nail set) today. It was my first time there and this will be my go to place for my nails and pedicure from here on out! Very courteous and kind and caring! They made me feel very welcomed and they did a Fabulous job! Thank you!
