Good Afternoon People . Be Carefull with this people at my first Session they say clearly in a text that I going to show here about they confirm the whole body for 250$ first session after that is 280$ and is good but . When I came in today January 11,2024 for my session 2 . They change the package plan for me and they want me to pay $380 more because I was a men and I have more hair . That not make sense. Because how can you going to make me the whole session first day and after that you change me the package I’m really sad and disappointed. I came from Newark Driven a hour just to received this . But I going to find a much better place in another spa . Thanks for be Unprofessional Diamond Laser Spa

I like this place so far! Only had one treatment but I got the full body package and have 5 more to go. So far my experience has been good and the first section while slightly uncomfortable the technician helped me get through it.

Did the full body laser and had Arwu. It was a great experience. She was very patient and kind with my low pain tolerance. She also educated me approximately how many sessions it would take, how to prepare for next appointment, the dos and don’ts post appointment, and what to expect throughout this process. They use Yaga which is a good machine especially for my skin type (dark skin). The machine also has a cooling sensation which is supposed to help with the pain. I already booked my second session. Can’t wait for the results.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Diamond Laser Spa on July 3th for hair removal procedure , and I was really happy with my experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm welcome and an inviting atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The spa itself is beautifully decorated, with a calming ambiance that enhances the overall experience. It was spotless, and the soothing music in the background created the perfect environment for relaxation.My technician was Tamara, she was great and well experienced. Recommend to visit!!

They have bad service they scheduled my appointment at 1:15 then asked me to wait till 4 and when it was 4 she refused to take me saying the the machine is not working but taking every one else wasted my dam time, they weren’t respecting my time even though I was being respectful I do not recommend

Very very disturbing services, the workers there don’t respect your time the wait takes a while, I scheduled an appointment and she wouldn’t take me in because they themselves messed up the schedule although they sent messages confirming my appointment the day before, they made me wait in the office for about 4 hours assuring me they would do my laser but then refused to do it for no reason after they made and told me to wait. If u want to wast your time and money come here.

Diamond Laser Spa has really amazing receptionist and staff especially my technician Aru!!! She is extremely thorough and explains everything she does. Ive seen results after my first session. Aru answers all my questions and always makes me feel comfortable. The spa is clean and I highly recommend this place!!! 👌

Went to this place today and was appalled by the quality of work. The laser was painful and did not even do a thorough job. There are patches of hair randomly dispersed. Shaving would have been a cleaner job and would have saved time and money. I told the technician something was off and they brushed it off and nothing was done. If you're looking to waste your time and money, you found the right place. Definitely will not be returning due to the poor quality of service and high price for nothing. UPDATE: They contacted me to take down this review in exchange for a makeup session and conveniently are not able to schedule it once I took the review down. The 5 star reviews are all fake. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.

All the ladies here are sweet, and the place is very clean. Aru is a very nice technician. The results from laser are amazing, even after the first session. So worth the money and any pain. Best cosmetic investment
