Every time I go, it’s a different price and always have the same thing done. However yesterday I went for a pedicure and acrylics manicure and it was so stressful! As I was getting my pedicure I asked the lady to do my calluses a little more in certain spots and she said she could not do it. I told her that Tina always does my pedicure perfect and she responded “ so next time go to Tina “. I was so shocked at her attitude, that I didn’t answer. So I picked a polish and was then helped by a man with my manicure. I told him that I wanted my nails trimmed and the acrylic color powder. As he was doing it I asked him why he was using clear acrylic and he told me “ don’t worry “, don’t move at all. I just kept silent and let him do his thing. After acrylic was done, he then proceeded with gel polish, never telling me his intention. I have cancer and don’t want the uv nail dryer, so this is why I get acrylic done. Instead he totally ignored me or didn’t understand English. I was so angry, because he had to reapply a color acrylic after I told him no uv machine. So came time to pay and I questioned the $110 amount and they said “ that’s the price. Acrylic was more money because he had to do it twice and $5 extra for trimming my nails. If he would of listened and he would’ve not have to do it twice. Anyway I was so upset that I told them I was never coming back. It was the most stressful 2 hours I ever had. I usually am relaxed at a nail salon, but not this time.

Super expensive! They push “extras” big time! I don’t like that. If I ask about something, then fine, but don’t try to shove a bunch of extras on me! I’m there for a pleasant, relaxing experience. I’m not there to repeatedly say “no”! I got the basic pedicure with gel polish, and my feet didn’t even feel like I had gotten a pedicure when I walked out of their shop. I got polish ONLY on my own natural fingernails. No tips, no fill, no manicure, and it was $75!!!! I asked for the breakdown, and it was $35 for the basic pedicure plus an additional $15 for the gel polish, and $25 just for the gel polish on my natural nails! No thanks! Never again! I feel like that was major price gouging! Don’t take advantage of me, and expect me to come back for more.

I have been going to Diamond Nails for years. Ann and Tom are beautiful people and run a clean, professional salon. I personally go to Lee, his craftsmanship is awesome. Their prices are a few dollars more than competitors, however, the quality of work is so good, I can go less times. Highly recommended!

Soft music in the background, very clean, and greeted immediately upon entrance. Had nails dipped with Kalhy, formerly with A Nails. Kathy did her usual super job with my nails and gave a wonderful critical oil massage after. The other customers around me were all getting great manicures (gel) and they all looked fantastic. Great salon

A little high with the prices and twice now I haven't gotten the hand massage because they're too busy. Otherwise, pretty nice people doing a fairly nice job. I'm a little disappointed in my manicure because they didn't get all the way to the side of my nail. For pedicures they charge extra to remove your callused skin, which is usually included at other places.

Called diamond nails, for a shellac pedicure. She said, come on in. So when I got there, I picked out my color and she said it was going to be a short wait as I found out the reason why is they don’t take appointments it’s walk in only. So after I sat in the waiting room for 15 minutes, she said, do you want to come and soak your feet and I said sure, rookie mistake now they got you..you’re sitting there with wet feet soaking in water 45 minutes later someone finally comes over to give me a pedicure. I asked if they could warm the water up since now it was cold. Now they have four people sitting in their waiting room, waiting for pedicures, and all were told it would be about 20 minutes. People got up and walked out after they had sat there for longer than that. She rushed my what should’ve been a relaxing pedicure because there were people waiting, then come to find out they want cash thank goodness I had enough on me to pay for the service. It’s really sad because the pedicure chairs are very nice and the place appears to be very clean but my time is worth something and sitting waiting for 45 minutes before your pedicure even started is not how I want to spend my afternoon.

Had this set on for 3 and 1/2 weeks. If my nails didn’t grow so fast I probably would of had them on a lot longer. Definitely recommend. They are also not in a rush but do them pretty quick but good. But they only do walk-in’s

May4th2023.I paid 100.00 for a pedicure and gel nails, pedicure,which she cut my skin on one foot,and had to work in pain all day!!Nails chipped within 24 hours,went back to fix it,and they never refunded nothing !!!

The pedi I got was outstanding, then things went downhill. My mani was very minimal and then when I went to pay, was told that the listed price of $50 for a mani/pedi did NOT INCLUDE NAILPOLISH ON MY FINGERS and was charged an extra $5. Their menu of prices did not say this anywhere. Very dishonest and disappointing.

Tried calling to ensure appointment because I recently moved to the area and was going away so wanted to make sure. Not only did I wait 35+ minutes, it is truly the worst full set I have gotten in 15+ years. So bulky and awfully painted. To top it off the man who did my “pedicure” clearly had no idea what he was doing. It was very bivouac that the women was telling him what to do and he was still guessing. She then painted them and charged me $50 for it. Absurd. I would give this 1 star if i could stand to do it but it is ABSOLUTELY deserved

Anna and her husband Tom are awesome! Their staff is great, so friendly. I have been coming to them for over a year and have always had good service no matter who does the work. Their place is remodeled now too, place looks really good. Prices are very reasonable.

No AC over priced and Xtra to scrub your feet when their charging 35 for a pedicure ridiculous!! My manicure started peeling 2 days later! Sorry when your paying these prices the service should be better!! Nope never again!!
