I have been coming to Evon for 3 years now and she never disappoints! I am always in and out within a reasonable amounts of time and the pricing for the designs are very reasonable!! My nails will last me a full two weeks without any lifting or chipped polish. Even after a booked day, Evon still managed to fit me in! Pedicure, nails, and eyebrows in less than an hour an a half on holiday. Nails always last longer than 2 weeks🤗

Terrible place, terrible nails and definitely overpriced. For pedicure you pay for massages and they never give you them. Nails are so wide and barely last. The materials they use are so cheap.

This is my 3 or 4th time that I have been back now and diamond nails has never disappointed me. I love to do designs most times. The pricing is definitely reasonable and I will continue to come back. Evon did this set and I am obsessed! this is exactly what I wanted for my birthday. She also informed me of the 10% discount on your service for your birthday which was an extra cherry on top moment, no pun intended.

Everyone is so nice & polite, very attentive from the minute you walked in. Love all the current designs they offer for our nails, my daughter & granddaughters, we just love going to Diamond nails & getting our manis & pedis done while getting pampered! The worst place to do nails. They charge for everything and don’t do a good job at all. I have the worst experience with them, they charge $50 for a pedicure just to soak your feet. They don’t even scrub your feet. If they have to scrub your feet you have to pay extra. They are ridiculous. Will never go back there.

I had a gel pedicure done and full set of acrylics. It all felt rushed and because I had a full set of acrylics done I didn’t have a chance to glance at my pedicure in between services. The guy who worked on me was really rude, seem frustrated, and again rushed. After paying and then leaving, it wasn’t until I got home that I realized my pedicure and set looked terrible. Definitely not worth $120. Never returning.

Danny was great with my pedicure ! Having a background in nails on that note: - didn’t offer the wine with my package - didn’t use any cuticle remover on my toes - didn’t clean around nails are colored Overall 4/5 stars

I walked in. I asked wax, pedicure and manicure. I was asked if I wanted gel. I said no gel just French pedicure, clean my hand nails and wax. I was asked gel again the moment I said no the gel the service turned a scam. I got charge $80 they were supposed to scrub, exfoliate, message, wrap my feet, massage to relax and wine and color of my choice for $50. The guy barely touch me he rub my feet wrapped in the towel cut and polish. He did my manicure no massage a little girl next to me received better service then me because got gel on her hands. The guy complete forgot about my eyebrows and thank God other wise probably will be looking hideous. Never offer the wine or water nothing. This place charge more and provide less than the regular services from other nail salons around the area.

I have never had an issue coming here and I have been since it opened. It’s under new management now and I went in for a fresh set of nails and was attended by a new girl. I know I should’ve said something while I was there but I was not happy with how she sculpted the shape of my nails. They were flat had no shape they were thick, she left a big gap between my cuticle and the actual acrylic but I was in a hurry that day and I said thank you. I paid $60 plus I tipped her well my friends and family saw my nails and they said I shouldn’t have paid and I should’ve complained so I went back And it was a little bit after they had closed and the owner really didn’t care and walked away and left me speaking with an employee that had also walked up. I ended up walking out and saying whatever where the employee then responded to me whatever I will never go back there again they were rude, unprofessional. I was not happy with my nails and they didn’t want to fix them. there.

I love this place. Whether you get a manicure or a pedicure they take good care of you. My favorite pedicure is the Diamond Special because it’s the works! Extra leg massaging, paraffin wax, hot rocks and extra tlc is the way to go.

I recently had an exceptional experience at Diamond Nails located in the Shoppes at Orangetree in Naples, FL. I decided to treat myself to the Deluxe Package pedicure on a Friday morning around 9 am, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. Firstly, I was seated right away, even without an appointment, thanks to their 10-pedicure stations and plenty of staff. They gave me ample time to soak my feet in comfortably warm water, which set the tone for a relaxing visit. My technician, whose name I believe was Hannah or Anna, was amazing. Despite a slight language barrier, her skills shone through. She began with a thorough exfoliation, clipping my nails straight across to prevent ingrown toenails, and meticulously tending to my cuticles, ensuring they were in top shape. She even removed hidden gunk between my nails and skin with ease and painlessly attended to my rough feet. What truly stood out was her attentiveness to my specific requests. Not every technician takes the time to listen and deliver exactly what you want. Adding to the pampering experience, they offered an incredible paraffin hot wax treatment and hot towel treatment, which were incredibly relaxing and made me feel even more rejuvenated. The massage provided was another highlight. Being a bigger guy, I deeply appreciated the deep and relaxing massage offered by Hannah/Anna. It was the perfect finishing touch. In terms of hygiene, I was pleased to see that all equipment used was sterilized and sealed in packages. Safety and cleanliness are clearly priorities here. Price-wise, the Deluxe Pedicure was very reasonable at only $40, and the functional chair with a good full-body massage feature was an added bonus. The only minor drawback was the background noise from the radio and commercials playing in the salon. If you prefer complete tranquility, consider bringing your own music. In conclusion, Diamond Nails at Shoppes at Orangetree in Naples, FL, offers an outstanding pedicure experience. The attentive staff, excellent hygiene standards, reasonable prices, and the addition of the paraffin hot wax and hot towel treatments, as well as the expert care provided by Hannah/Anna, make it a top-notch choice for self-care. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and highly recommend requesting Hannah/Anna for a truly exceptional experience.

I’ve been going to the same person for over 3 years (kevin). I have always made my appointments ahead of time and always with kevin. Today i went in as usual with my appointment with kevin and the person up front told me once i got there that kevin wasn’t even in the state. Wish they would’ve told me on the phone but either way i continued with doing my nails with someone else. Then i see kevin walking around, as i see it i’ve been lied too and ignored. Very upsetting since i’ve been with them since they first opened. very disappointing i will not be back. And to you, KEVIN, THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THESE YEARS THAT I SERVED BY YOU, your work was very good but your human quality disappointed me.
