Fatima is friendly and efficient. Came here because one of my friends recommended me to visit her for eyebrow threading and other waxing needs, but didn’t get a chance before. Thank you Fatima for making my eyebrows look clean and beautiful and for making sure my face looks clean after waxing my sideburns :)

Fatima is very polite and she makes sure that you’re comfortable. I’ve had the best experience coming to Fatima, she’s very fast and reassuring if you’re nervous or scared. I originally found this place on Groupon and have been coming back ever since! She is so quick and detailed with any ingrown hairs you might have. I recommend this place if you’re a beginner waxer 100%

Fatima is the sweetest! Her salon is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Not only was she on time and professional, but she made me feel very comfortable. It wasn't painful and she kept conversation with me throughout the time of my service. She also has great, unbeatable prices which is another plus! I recommend everyone to go to her!

Got a brazilian from Fatima and it was literally the best one I've ever had. She made me feel comfortable before we got started and was quick. The whole process lasted roughly around 7-8 minutes. Fatima make brazlilians bearable.

She’s the only one in the salon and doesn’t have much help. She rushed through my appointment and there were still hairs left after my wax. I’ve never had a wax grow back this fast.

friendly and fast but painful. My only comment was she asked me if this was my first time getting a Brazilian, I informed her no (although it was my first time there). I feel like she still should have explained how they do their process and introduce me a little bit to their Style, since I did have it at other places and I never had to stretch or hold certain areas before which I really didn't like because it is painful and I would rather focus on trying to be calm rather than focus on holding or stretching an area of skin that I know it's going to be ripped off soon with wax. Other than that it was fine for the price you can't beat it. Although with the type of wax they use it is more painful than other places I have went and unless your specific about what fine hairs to pull out after the main waxing she won't bother.

I had been here before, and received adequate services. Today, I purchased a Groupon, because it said vouchers would be accepted if it had been 6 months from the last voucher. It had been over 1 year. I purchased the voucher and called to make an appointment. The woman who answered said I could not use the voucher and she would not accept it from any returning customers. Then she agreed to accept it. So I attempted to make an appointment in two weeks (planning for a special weekend) at 6 PM. She refused and said she would not book a Groupon appointment during busy hours. I explained I couldn't come earlier due to my work schedule, but she would not allow me to book an appointment for a time that worked to my schedule. I said I will cancel the Groupon and I will find another service provider and hung up the phone.
