I genuinely hate leaving any small business a negative review, but this place is impermissible. Don’t go here. Run away, don’t walk. I recommend Symmetry 360 or White Lotus. The rates are higher, but trust me…. You get what you pay for. Back to the review. CONS 1. The body draping was a tiny bathroom towel. I’m 5’1” and it was micro on me. 2. The actual draping was inappropriately minimal. I was left vulnerably exposed the majority of the time. Not ok. 3. It was freezing in the room. 4. The client’s comfort and sense of tranquility glaringly don’t hold any importance. PROS 1. No up charge for hot stones or walking on the back. (Although you’re urged to pay extra in the end). As a lot of the other reviewers have mentioned, the pre-pay and tipping pressure is not only unprofessional, but unacceptable. The 90-minute massage was $120 and I planned to leave $20- which is more than “gratuitous” for the service received. The masseuse gave immense pressure to leave $25. She almost wrote it down on the tip line as she was passing the paper and pen. When you see all 1 and 5 stars, sometimes you think the negative reviewers are just jerks. Can confirm, that is not the case.

The scathing reviews are so silly, maybe because of the area (fancy), people who go aren’t used to this style of massage. It’s basic, no frills, and excellent for muscle pain. You may not feel as pampered as you would at more expensive massage places, but your body will probably feel a lot better than it did when you went in. I’m knocking a star off because usually you’re covered with a sheet and this place only had smallish towels, so I felt colder and more vulnerable than I would have liked. You do have to pay first but I said I didn’t want to tip until after and they were fine with that.

I’m not sure why the reviews are so bad. I had a semi decent Swedish massage with hot stones. Granted I don’t normally get deep tissue so I can’t speak to that. It definitely wasn’t the worst massage I’ve had like some people say here. The bar next door was kind of loud but that’s not their fault. You pay and tip up front but that’s not unheard of. All in all, you get what you pay for. It’s cheaper than the higher end places so you’re getting a mid tier massage.

I have to give them 5 stars. My therapist knows what I need. Her hands pressed hard on my shoulders and neck. A 5-hour flight gave me a stiff body, and she relaxed me in just an hour.

I really won't recommend this to anyone. I had 2 attempts at this place, and both did not go well. First off, they ask you to pay first, which is fine, but I'd prefer to tip after, which isn't an option here. So I gave a 20 dollar tip on a 25 bill because I felt that was reasonable and that would get them to treat me well. On my first try, I went with the 25 dollar 30-minute foot rub, and I usually go this route to test how the people are before I spend large amounts on full hour sessions, etc. The first woman I had on day one was very soft but she did get key spots so I felt it was worth the money I paid but I wouldn't do anything more than 25 they charge plus tip. Overall, a 3 out of 5 experience. Day 2 I tried again thinking another person would give a better feel. Same rub. Same tip. I walked back and got the normal treatment, and she got a phone call during the session. I don't mind since you never know family situations. Then someone came in and she left to help her bring in things for the store and once again I don't mind as long as I get what I paid for but it did take me out of the sleep feel. Now, at this point, I'll add. I have 30-minute videos play for myself right as we start just to make sure I get what is advertised. My massage was ended at the 25-minute mark of my video, which I did not pause when she took her phone call and helped bring things in for the store. I fully believe I got 15 minutes of time for 48 dollars, which honestly angered me to writing this review. I'm not a confrontational person, so I did not question the woman on it, but I will not waste my money here if I'm going to be taken advantage of. I screenshot my video time stamp. You started disruptions to my session only 6 minutes in. Unless the owners start showing care for the people. This business will fail.

Good massage. Did the 60 minite with deep tissue. Strong hands & it was my first time having someone walk on my back -- very good experience. Only reason for 4 star is that I was in the back room & you could hear people next door. I think its a bar & they were watching a game. I'd go back for sure.

I should have heeded the red flag of being asked to pay upfront for my massage. This was not a deep tissue massage by any stretch of the imagination. I wasted $80+ tip laying there while a nice lady rubbed lotion on me for an hour and didn’t work on a single knot on any part of my body. Just kind of gently caressed my skin the whole time. I’ve never had a massage like that before in my life. She did walk on my back and put stones on me. That was nice. I’m still very sore from work and now I have to wait until my next day off to get another massage. Total bummer.

I thought the massage was good except for the fact the massage therapist is constant leaving the room to answer the phone or help other people who come in. So you definitely don’t get the full time you pay for. Another thing I didn’t like was the fact that they tell you that you need to give more for a tip. I never have an issue with leaving the right percentage of tips but to be harassed to leave more money is completely unacceptable especially when they leave another client in a room with the door wide open (so you see them basically naked) to make sure that you leave them a tip in the first place when normally you just leave it at the front desk in an envelope or with another person who works there.

I came here with my friend today. It's clean. The receptionist told us we could get FREE HOT STONE if we try the body massage. We tried it. This is my first time to try a massage with hot stone. It was awesome! I love it! The therapists can understand some simple words, such as “strong” or “no face”. They are very professional. They really know how to relax my muscles. We tipped our therapists $30 each person, they deserved it.

I hate to have to agree with many of the recent reviews, but this place does not deserve your business... The massage started off well, but took a turn for the worse about 20 minutes in when my therapist left the room several times to greet someone at the front door. This wouldn't have been a huge problem for me if that missed time would have been added to my session, but that wasn't the case. The massage table was fine, but the head cradle was so uncomfortable I left with lockjaw. Upon leaving afterwards, I too was harassed for more tip -- "A little more? You got 90 minutes. That's hard work." -- despite leaving $25.

This place is great!! Been going for years, it's been great to get back to since it reopened post covid shutdown. My masseuse helped get all my knots out of my back. I had a million and one knots and she got them all. Professional！

We loved being able to call and get in within 20 minutes. Our couples massage was fabulous ❤❤ Try the free hot stones, and just know they don't speak English well- but we were SO glad we could come in! They were polite and it was a great experience for us.

We were staying a cross street at Hiltonfrom advertisement on side walk. The owner told us to come back in one hour. We came back and she told us it was only her and only 1 person. Her communication was terrible and refused us service because she didn't want us to foot reflexology for 30 minutes instead wanted us to purchase an $80.00 massage. decided to go get a foot reflexology

Did the 30min Foot Reflexology and o'boy was it an amazing experience! Very thorough, and several surprise elements (like a little neck massage, the calfs and thighs got attention too). Update: been here a few times after leaving this review, but last time change it all. They were very pushy about getting tip after a massage where she repeatedly walked away to attend the front desk and walk in people. The 30min Reflexology lasted for 20min off of which 5min she wasn't even there. I expected them to work longer when stepping out, but no. Worth $19 but that's it.

Do not go here unless you like a lot of pressure. Not in your massage, but when they rudely push for more and more TIP. I gave her $12 for a $70 massage and she insisted on $20 or more. The noise from the bar comes right through the walls and there are many interruptions as she steps out to take care of customers during the massage. There are many other options in the area.

Horrible place. $80 for deep tissue massage. After she said you must have forgot the tip? Umm no it was $80 for an hour of work. She insisted on 20%. I'll never go back.
