Absolutely love the staff here. Super accommodating even if you don't have an appointment and they are all so kind. A great spot for anyone near Grand Central. I lived in the building connected to this spa until recently, so convenience was a plus but I plan on going back even though I live a bit further now. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Diamond Spa for years and highly recommend them for wax, manicure and pedicure. Lee and her staff are the best! Very attentive, affordable prices and excellent service. A friend of mine recommended Lee and it was the best recommendation ever . She is very kind and warm person and she is fantastic for wax, manicure and pedicure.

Lee the owner is amazing! I love getting my nails done at Diamond Spa! I have been getting my nails done at Diamond Spa for the past 10+ years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The whole staff is friendly and treat you like family. Great service and value!

Although I saw decent reviews for this place. I have to give it a low rating for my friends and I who went to get a manicure. I was lucky enough to get a haircut since I thought it was going to be too late since my friends and I came around 6:30 for manicures. One of my friends felt she was overcharged for her nails since she only did one base color of sheer pink/white and was charged $25 when she thought it would be $20. Also I thought my manicure was rushed since Lee had another client coming in. I was satisfied with my haircut but I thought it was going to be $70 instead of $80 since that’s what I heard the hair stylist Irina tell me. Also I had issues during paying when Lee wasn’t hearing what I said about how I wanted to pay for my hair cut and nails separately where I was going to pay for nails with cash and my haircut on card. I almost got charged twice for nails but luckily I caught on and Lee was able to fix it. My friends and I thought we were going to have better experiences due to the reviews we saw but don’t think this is the spot for us

My favorite place for so many years. I love all the services they provide:nails, facial/body, hair. Very convenient location, I can just go after work or during lunch. Open on weekends too. They can do 4 hands service too. Nice people and I especially love Lee and Ana. Thank you for my great mood and look.

Nazima did my hair botox treatment and I absolutely love my results. She is so kind, patient, and attentive to you the entire time. She really took her time to make sure my hair looked its best and the results are amazing. My hair is smooth, frizz free, and so much easier to manage. I’d definitely recommend getting your hair done with Nazima!

Nazima has done an amazing job with the hair coloring and the blow dry. She has done well in blow drying out my hair and she used some special products for hair straightening. She has a very positive manner. You’ll not be disappointed.

I been with her since the very beginning, and I can guarantee anyone that comes to her will come out satisfied with the results. Her passion for her job shines through. Found this place online after looking for a nice salon nearby and it’s become my official salon since then. Nazima has been doing my hair for the past year, and I’m never disappointed with the results. I’m so glad I started my hair journey with her, because my hair has never looked better. I’ve been to so many other places, but nobody has gotten the color and cut right the way that she did. You can really tell she loves her job, & puts so much effort, detail, and love into hair. It’s hard to find a stylist that cares about your hair health and listens to what you want. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a forever spot.

I got my hair done by Nazima, and im so happy that I found a stylist that actually gave me the results I wanted. At first I was nervous about getting my first balayage. But Nazima was very patient in answering my all questions and helped me understand different styles, hair textures, and colors. She dyed my hair fantastically. She also educated me about balayage aftercare. She’s a great top master in that salon, and also has an amazing personality. Definitely will be going to her
