An average experience, no bells or whistles. I was a walk-in. It took a while to determine whether or not I could be serviced. Gentlemen finally said it would be a half hour wait and that was fine. I sat down and I was taking back within 10 minutes. Manicure was basic. I did have an old gift card that I called and asked if I could use. The gentleman on the phone said he would honor it. However, when I attempted to use it. He told me that it was a “membership card” and not a gift certificate even though the card clearly stated gift certificate. That’s fine. He certainly had the right to not honor. But why tell me that you would and certainly why gaslight me and tell me it’s not a gift card when it clearly says gift card. And I know it was a gift card because I’m the one that bought it. It’s just that the recipient never used it. Being honest and straightforward always works.

Best pedicure I’ve had in years. Friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere. Prices seem competitive.

My 2nd time there - Love it! pedicure w/hot rock so relaxing, nail polish never lasted this long and the Reflexology was soooo wonderful. I highly recommend - staff very pleasant and skilled.

Excellent massage and pedicure. The spa is inviting and relaxing. The staff is attentive and provide great service. The prices are more than reasonable for the level of service.

Had a 5pm massage scheduled for 2 people on Sat. Showed up at 4:50, the Spa was closed (even though they were supposed to be open). Owner called back and said that they didn't have us on the schedule. Will never return to this establishment. In response to the below, unless there are multiple Diamond Spas in Chestnut Hill, I’m fairly certain that I have the correct location.

I did love the setvice. However, due to Septa Regional Train was having signal issue I wasn't able to make my appointment. Due to this issue I wasn't reschedule for any future appointments. I understand they have a business to run but they should keep in mind that things happen in life. It is unfortunate that this business doesn't understand that I was not intentionally being later.

I enjoy going to Diamond Spa. I love the service I receive from Julie. I also like how Roy has organized his business with regards to courtesy for others. You Don have to experience people's phone conversations, as he has a no phone policy in the shop. Overall wonderful experience. I have been going now for 3 years.

I hate to not give 5 stars bc that is what it used to be. I regularly go here for mani and pedi for quite a few years. The quality is definitely good still. The girls that are there still are great. My only complaint after having been to other spas is the massage that accompanies. Definitely mediocre and getting worse. They shouldn't even offer it.. But with the prices I do expect a decent massage and I am def not getting one. I went to a different spa this week. The manicure/ped I did not lovevas much..but the massage with it was to do for. And the whole package was cheaper. (that was not my concern). So, if I had to choose..I may choose the other spa againnot bc of the price..but bc--not only do I go for the service, I love the massage. I don't mind paying for it either. Diamond is charging ..but not giving the massage the way they could.

I received a gift card for my birthday to Diamond Spa. Roy, the owner gave me a spectacular massage. He worked wonders on my neck, shoulders, and back. Perhaps one of the best massages I have ever had. Thank you Roy. See you again in 2 weeks.

They were able to accommodate Mani/pedis for me and 8 of my people for my wedding weekend. Incredible service & the massage that I got was perfect as well

Worst experience ever! The technician was rough with my cuticles, filed my nails unevenly, and didn’t fully polish my nails. I complained and she fixed my nails to some degree, but they still did not look as good as they should have looked for the price I paid. I still made another appointment because my previous technician did a great manicure. The owner just called me, the day of my appointment, and canceled my appointment because the technicians don’t think they can do a good job on my nails. That is completely unprofessional.

I had two terrible experiences there. The first was last year after the best masseuse had quit, and the next best was unavailable. The owner said he was available. During the massage, he repeatedly was ineffective, and he became very defensive when I gently asked for more pressure, or balanced massage, or that he massage an area that he missed. He started speaking critically of the women whose work I had liked. He realized he had not done a good job, offering 10 percent off. I returned, recently, only because I had two massages remaining in the purchased package. The woman who previously had been second best masseuse was startling in the decline of the quality of her massage, making minimal effort to break up body tension in some areas, and skipping over numerous areas. Always mindful to keep the connection with the massage therapist positive and relaxed, in order to have a good experience, I was gentle, positive, never critical. Perhaps she was suffering from pandemic related fatigue???? When I got to the front desk, afterward, I made no complaint, as I had one prepaid massage remaining. The owner said he was refunding my money for the remaining massage. He was about to give me less than the credit remaining, until I spoke up. I am grateful that I had found an excellent spa close by, which I will review.
