Truthfully one of the worst experiences I have, I went there and the people working were so rude. I asked for a full set and the lady doing my nails rolled her eyes and told me to pick a color in the rudest tone. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Best nail place I've been to in Greensboro! Pricing is same as other places, but service is so much better. Each nail tech seems to really know what they're doing. I've had Kasey (wonderful at designs, but very popular so it's tough to get appointments unless you do so a week or 2 out). Neimy is who has done my nails twice and she is so gentle. She was able to do this awesome design for me and was still only about $52 total for SNS and design.

My girl Nani is always outstanding with my nails. Designs are neat and precise. I give her the inspiration and she executes to perfection. She also did a wash and deep condition on my locs the service was so thorough and my hair felt so clean when she was done. Thank you!

Kasey is unbelievable with nails. I don’t get my nails done often, but when I do she’s my go-to every time. Appointments are on time, everyone is friendly. Definitely recommend!

This was my first time at Diana’s. I was so impressed with the staff and Kasey did an awesome job on my nails. They offer many services. They are located in the Big Lots shopping center in Greensboro. They even offer free mimosas. If you’re looking for a new nail place, I’d highly recommend them and especially Kasey!!

Not happy with the service I received which is disappointing considering I have been here on multiple occasions. The last appointment I had, I requested the young lady to clean under the nails due to leftover nail polish. I was hoping with a different nail tech it would be different, but it was not. I didn't even bother after she stated she was finished. I did the SNS and with the finish product, it looks like not enough was applied due to how transparent my nails look.

Very nice place to get your nails done but I realized that they do so much more. The tech I had is Nani and she is amazing. She can make a way outta know way. She's also skilled as a makeup artist as well as so much.

Diana nails and spa is such a relaxing and caring place to relax and to get tour while done. You’re greeted with mimosas and taken care of the entire time. This was my first time there and I will definitely be a returning client ! Nani is super skilled in any design you show her and will make sure you leave happy ! Truly the best nail tech I’ve ever had !

The nail salon is clean and the employees are nice but it doesn’t make up for the lack of quality service. I’ve come here a total of three times, once for an acrylic overlay and the two other time for gel manicures. My nails the last two times were mediocre though this time i’m more than disappointed. I went in for a gel manicure and quickly received one but the paint job isn’t good and the polish has chipped after only having my nails done for four days. I’m not sure if i’ll return in the future but if I do its only because its the closest nail salon to where I live. This salon is simply too much money for such low quality.

What a nice place.💕 I tried 4 places when I moved to Greensboro. I have found nirvana here. Kasey was eloquent, friendly and knowledgeable. I am not chatty and we talked just the right amount for me to be comfortable. Kasey was quick and efficient. My nails are BEAUTIFUL!

Nice place to get nails done. Warm soak, massage and hot towels, pedicure Cold wine and friendly people. Relaxing massage chair. Glad I finally went an treated myself.

We’ve been coming to Diana Nails for years. They are very welcoming, friendly, and professional. The salon is beautiful and we always leave satisfied with our service. My daughter has chosen to go here for 2 birthdays now, and each time they have brought out a cupcake with a candle and had the whole salon sing to her. Just genuinely nice and professional owners and awesome staff.

Not a great experience and not the most cleanly environment (rags looked dirty/reused). Pedicure looks like I did it myself, chipped and smudged the first few hours after I got it. The nail polish brands were cheaper than most other salons I’ve been to, hence the chipping and smudging. Unfortunately would not recommend this establishment.

I have been going to Diana Nails for the past few years and have absolutely loved every service I’ve had there. Most recently, I got a deluxe pedicure and manicure that was done by Nani. She was absolutely wonderful and I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

I've visited this location a few times now for various services (appts or walk-in), and it's always a pleasant experience. It's a calm, clean environment with friendly staff. I highly recommend and will continue to visit while/when in the area.

I’m annoyed but I’ll try to keep this as professional as possible because I usually have a good experience here. I asked for a design at my 10 am appointment and was told I needed to request that when booking . Mind you, it’s a simple flower but no one would be able to do a design until after 1 when that person arrives. How does a nail business not have anyone that can do designs until a certain time of day? Designs should be something all techs can do or at least have someone there at all times that can. I was sat in a seat where the massage chair didn’t work. That’s the best part of the pedi! I was not even offered a water but the white ladies next to me were offered. By now, I’m hot! I asked for gel polish, got regular instead so I asked him to redo it and he did without complaint. This is the last time I’ll pay $60+ for a service and not get what I want. Not coming back. I had complimented your business to several people previously after they gave me negative feedback but will have to let them know things have changed.

I had a wonderful deluxe pedicure, wish I had remembered the young ladies name so I can book with her again. She did a great job and my feet feel amazing ❤️ highly recommend.
