Both people that worked on my nails were extremely attentive to detail and worked very carefully. I just moved to the city and this salon is right down the street from my apartment, glad I chose to come in. Will definitely be back.

I am not a hand model, nor am I a photographer. But I do believe these might be the most beautiful nails I’ve ever had in my life. This is my 2nd time to Diana’s Nail and Spa, and both visits boded well. I like getting dip nails done, and that’s what these are… Diana took her time creating these, and meticulously made sure they were absolutely perfect. You’ll easily spend an hour there (and these took an hour and a half), but it’s worth the time, and the prices are very standard. For this quality, I’d expect to pay more, tbh. Anytime I’m in the Loop and need my nails done, I’ll be back at Diana’s for sure.

My go-to for nails! Everyone who works here is really nice, super professional, and go out of their way to give you a spa experience. The price is great, and they can give you a luxe no-rush experience or a full pedicure during your lunch hour, which is awesome when I’m on a time crunch.

Used to come here. Was on a time crunch, came in bc I called and was told no wait. Took a lady after seating me for a pedi, if on a time crunch this is not the place.

Went for the first time yesterday and they were so accommodating and nice. The women who did my No chip took her time and really did a great job. Would recommend !

Not the best massage chairs as they’re pretty noisy and the ambience could be a little better but the way they do nails is excellent and very neat! My nails always look perfect every time I leave this place! So glad I tried this place out as they’re right across the street from where I live instead of having to walk to River North to get my nails done. They’re my new go-to nails spot.

This place is my go to for nails! I have been going to Diana's for about 3 years now. Normally I do appointments, but they are good about walk-ins. My nails are always even and look well done. Additionally, they take their time and don't rush them getting done. With that said, they don't have many workers there so you may have to wait for an opening or come back another time.

Literally the WORST experience I’ve ever had. Had no chip on and asked them to take it off before getting another no chip manicure. Instead of letting them soak in acetone, he kept filing my nails until they looked like THIS and then tried to PAINT THEM. I had to ask him to stop (because honestly, how is this real life???) and said that I didn’t feel comfortable putting no chip on such thin, cracked, and chipped nails. The best part? THEY CHARGED ME $11 FOR THIS. This place shouldn’t be in business. Do NOT waste your time.

Called and made an appointment because the website form doesn't work. Went here for a back wax. Price was very reasonable and they work fast. As a particularly furry creature, I found the experience professional, discreet, and efficient. It was ethereal, like emerging from a shadowy cocoon. In my new skin, I feel the air for the first time, and it's purifying.

Diana is my favorite & my only esthetician hands down. She use the gold standard of waxes, the blue "hard wax" for women of color and women with sensitive skin. Diana is extremely professional and knowledgeable when it comes to Brazilian waxes, the best!

These ladies do great work! More color choices than I've ever seen. My no chip manicure always lasts 14 days, and could definitely go longer if not for the new growth.

Wasn’t too sure about this place because some of the reviews weren’t that great, but was pleasantly surprised. The woman who did my manicure and pedicure (didn’t get her name, but she’s from Vietnam) was incredibly thorough. I’ve gone to quite a few salons in Chicago before, but these are certainly the nicest they’ve ever looked! The gel was applied very evenly and neatly. This will be my new go to place!
