First off Joe, whom I asked for by name did my nails an it's day 3 an they are now yellow. Cheap nail polish. Only have about 10 opi polish, the rest are low quality. Joe did a good job on my nails however, he was so bossy to me. He spent about a half hour telling me what to do. I've never had such a terrible time at a nail salon before in my life. Total time for a full set was a hour and a half. By the time I got to my car I was choking back the tears he was so frustrated with me, I couldn't tell you why. Didn't trim back my quticle. Diane was nice however. I won't be returning.

Probably the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. My legs were still dry when she rubbed in the salt so it hurt terribly. Then she filed my nails but pushed harder on my skin than the nail so I was bleeding. Polish was low quality & messy. I wouldn’t suggest going here, even if you’re in a crunch!

I absolutely love going here to get my nails done by Joe! I always request for him because he is very meticulous everytime I get my acrylics done and always does a perfectly detailed job with whatever I would like to be done. His way of doing acrylics is quite different than anyone I’ve ever gone to which is probably why I prefer this nail salon amongst others. Additionally, he knows how to maintain a conversation with jokes to keep the atmosphere enjoyable. When he needs to concentrate on filing, shaping, and filling my nails, he likes to remain silent to ensure everything is up to par with no mistakes. Everytime I come in for a fill or a new set, I’m very satisfied with the shape and final look of my nails. In addition, the location is conveniently located nearby several places to grab a bite after treating yourself to a manicure. In my opinion, everyone here is very welcoming despite all of the negative reviews. I was indeed quite apprehensive on coming here due to the negative feedback but I was proven wrong by the amazing quality of service they provide. Many customers who come into an establishment seem to come in with an entitled attitude. If you demand a service without a please or thank you, don’t expect to get what you asked for because those who are servicing us are humans as well and should be respected. I look forward to my next appointment here with these ladies and Joe! (-:

I went in for an acrylic pink and white fill because my regular person was out of town for a family emergency and I was going on vacation. It was $48 for a set (a little on the high side) but the gentleman insisted he would not fill someone else's acrylic and needed to put a new set on. A week and two days later when I was in Chicago IL, two of the nails ripped down to my nail bed (one on a Wednesday and the next day). I have been getting acrylic pink and white nails for 8+ years and use my hands constantly for work and life with kids. I have broken nails, gotten cracks, chipped them but NEVER has a broken nail hurt my natural nail or nail bed. Never has a break or chip even torn the very end (tip) of my natural nail let alone below the white tip. I am beyond disappointed and upset. I had two torn, painful bleeding nails on my vacation. The nails looked OK when I got them, but I will not and do NOT recommend this location.

Terrible customer service. My daughter and I went together to get her acrylics for the first time (she's 14). We had been talking about it for some time so this was supposed to be a special day for both of us, but specially for her as this was a much anticipated event. We were assigned a guy to do her nails. Didn't catch his name (short, older guy with a mustache). He rushed us when choosing colors, gave me a hard time about sitting next to her as she got her nails done, was annoyed when she opted for a different color after the original color she picked (color wasn't even applied yet), and scolded me for shaking a nail polish bottle. His overall attitude and lack of customer service made for a very uncomfortable experience. The nail job was acceptable, the salon was clean but we walked away disappointed with the experience. I won't be going back.

Went looking for new salon, Diane's Nails is fabulous. They cut my nails properly, this place is small but clean an pleasant to be in. LOVE my new nail place!!!!

Had a fantastic experience here! Last minute "hang out with mom" and they were so delightful! It's a small shop, and plenty of repeat customers came in while we were there, which tells me these folks are high quality. I will certainly be going back!
