She is more then a 5. First time in n I am very satisfied. She's quick n a very kind person. I watched her assist the elderly. A lil lady came in a day early. Diane sat down beside her, spoke gently to her explaining she was a day early. She's been in business for 30 plus yrs. So it is difficult to become a customer. She stays updated w new hair styles n Colorings. Also has parking area
