My dark blonde hair seems to get so dark and bland during the winter, and I desperately needed some lighter blonde TLC to brighten things up! I also have a natural curl to my hair, and I really appreciate a stylist that can be extra gentle on these curly, dry locks. Richard L. helped me pick out what shade to go with and after I explained that I like lower maintenance styles these days, he also suggested a lived-in blonde, and I absolutely LOVE what he did! It really brightened up my natural color and I love how beautifully blended it looks. Thank you so much Richard!!

Johnny and the entire staff were very welcoming. It was my first time here, and I’ll be coming back more often. The salon is very clean and everyone was truly a professional. I have thin hair but didn’t want to go short. I gave him my vision of layered hair and he nailed it! Thank you!

jasmin (level 5 stylist) was late 40 mins with the excuse of “i thought your appt was at 11:30, not 10:30.” instead of rescheduling, she turned a 1 hr service into a 20 min service and still charged me full price. didn’t split my hair correctly so now there are certain sections of my bangs are constantly messed up. couldn’t get a refund and all i got was a “$60 gift basket” that contains useless items i don’t need that they probably got from a promo box. (all the items had a bellami brand) thx but wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. if you’re gonna a good amount of money on your hair, choose another stylist that actually cares.

I've been going to Zoe Bodie for my hair for a year now and love my hair every time! I went from long hair to short hair with lots of texture as my hair is naturally wavy and LOVE it. The layers and body really show naturally at the length !

This is probably THE WORST highlight and haircut I’ve ever had in my life. I showed Marilyn a picture of myself from couple of months ago and told her I want my highlight and haircut to be exactly like this And she did EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE. Honestly, I only needed a good root highlight to match the rest of my hair. I asked for an ashy highlight and a straight cut but now my hair is absolutely yellow and the cut is nothing even close to straight. I’m not even sure if she was a professional stylist or she was just learning. But if you like your hair, do not go to this salon, or at least make sure Marylin is not the one destroying your hair.

Butchered my bangs. I have very simple side bangs, a dozen places have cut them in the past. They were getting a bit long. I asked them to cut absolutely no higher than eyebrow length so we didn't risk them being too short. After one cut, they are an entire INCH above my eyebrows. I look like a fourth grader ready for picture day at school. I'm devastated. I just started a new job last week and need to look professional. And then they wanted $20. Im still in shock Everytime I see them in a mirror. I'm not sure what I'm gonna do. They also cut my cousins hair which overall was fine (no bangs), but she said they also cut hers 2inches too short when she was adamant on keeping it longer. Whoever we had was obviously not very experienced. Don't risk it. Go somewhere else. Oh, and did I mention they weren't even? Had to go home and actually cut some very obvious pieces off.

Came in for a full head of highlights, showed Sonia a picture of what I’m used to and she was confident. Have light brown hair and like to go very light, cool blonde. Spent 6.5 hours (no exaggeration) in the chair and $460 after a tip and the result was nothing like what I asked for. Came out very warm, pretty sure she did a shadow root too. Even worse, a couple weeks later, somehow my hair doesn’t look like it was even touched. Really disappointed, and won’t be back. Waste of time and terrible value, unfortunately had to schedule with another stylist right away.

DON'T DO IT! My girlfriend went here recently to try out a new salon, assuming the higher prices would mean greater quality work. She also liked the pictures they posted on their Instagram and settled on a specific photo she saw them post (picture attached for reference), and even went with the same stylist who posted it (Amanda). Needless to say, the end result was not even close to the original picture. It's not even on the same portion of the color spectrum! I understand that everyone's hair is different, and not all styles or colors are possible with specific hair types or colors. A good salon should be able to identify that, and not take on a job they cannot deliver on. For $400, you expect quality. Unfortunately, that is not something you can expect at Diesel Salon. I sincerely implore you to look elsewhere.

Great salon all around: prompt communication, high-end products, beautiful location, and awesome vibe. Kerri was highly reviewed on Yelp for her color skills, so I decided to give her a try. She's a fabulous person and confident, professional and talented stylist all around. I definitely felt cared for and informed and enjoyed my time with her as much as the results. Heading back in a couple weeks for some more tlc; highly recommend checking Diesel out!

I booked an appointment for the first time to this salon and an hour before they canceled/tried to reschedule it because they were behind. That is not a great way to do business for new customers.

I have moderately dark brown hair and asked for a touch up on my balayage and my hair was bleached blonde. Then, they refused to refund me. Added another pic before I got it fixed as my new stylist was horrified as to what had been done to my hair.

The Johny the hair stylist trimmed my hair completely horrible and made my hair uneven. I simply asked for a short trim. At the end I payed little more than the total on accident, by about $70 and didn’t get any back. Despite me buying some hair color products at the end. Would not recommend coming here.

This cost $430 and took 6.5 hrs+bad attitude from Amanda (for no apparent reason) when it could’ve cost me less than $10 and about 30 mins at home minus the damage done by bleach. She could not accomplish what she told me she could do which is getting my hair to BROWN (despite rudely telling me “I know what I’m doing” at one point during our visit). I am writing this review solely for educational purposes. I do not recommend the stylist Amanda for anything other than a haircut.
