I needed a haircut and style refresh BAD. Franki knew just what to do and lightened up my heavy layers beautifully! The studio is inviting and charmingly decorated. Love me some Dolly 💖 Can't wait to go back for a color treatment!

Franki is an Amazingly talented barber/ cosmetologist. A hair magician, a passionate artist, an expert. My hair loves her razor!!! Franki knows how to convince my hair to be the rebel it was born to be. I can't go anywhere else for a trim/ haircut. I heard she is a pro at hair color as well, but that's another adventure on tomorrow time.

Franki is simply amazing. I've been going to her for several years now and I've never had a better stylist. She listens to what I want, but also suggests new ideas...things I'd never think of myself and it turns out fantastic. She is also a beautiful person, inside and out. I always get my hair colored so I'm there for several hours, but the time flies because we have the best conversations...and this is coming from someone who can be a bit of an introvert and hates small talk. I could keep going on about how wonderful she is. One final addition...parking is very very easy.

Franki is wonderful and her salon is so cute. My hair looks amazing, the red is vibrant, the blonde is bright, and it's so soft and shiny. She takes the time to listen to what her clients want and uses her expertise to suggest modifications to enhance client specific traits. I always leave feeling pampered and beautiful. Parking is very easy and the salon is in an accessible area. Her prices are reasonable and she's so talented! I highly recommend Franki @Dig Salon!

Get your hairz razored at DIG salon! I finally found my über talented hair artist in this lovely salon. Franki did an amazing haircut for me (I love it), super flexible on appointment time, and at an excellent price. Tip big. I'll be back.

My husband and I have been going to Franki for barber services for ten years, she is absolutely phenomenal. In addition to great haircuts, straight razor shaves, and her many other talents, Franki is also the most kind, warming, welcoming, humorous barber I’ve ever had. I always enjoy going to her shop, where you find an eclectic and tasteful mix of decor, including her fabulous Dolly Parton items. Franki is truly the Dolly Parton of her industry. I can’t say enough great things and will enjoy continuing to support her for many more years to come!

My previous hair stylist of 4 years recently moved out of the state and it was time to start search for a new stylist. I think I found a great spot here. Awesome haircut and good conversation. I'll be back!

Ms. Franki took great care of my hair. If you are like me, you have been wistfully hoping for a haircut but not wanting to venture into any hair salons due to all the ongoing uncertainty. I was considering other salons in the area (Madison Park or the Hill) but not really feeling like I wanted to pull the trigger and book something-- and for good reason. Enter DIG Salon. I have walked by this adorable spot without knowing it's there I don't know how many times. One miraculous day, I paid a little bit more attention and noticed it was a hair studio! It had a single chair and a sweet little Dolly Parton book in the window -- I gasped in delight because I adore Ms. Dolly. So I walked home (aka across the street, I am lucky to live a block from this gem) and booked as soon as I could. I am totally thrilled! I haven't had a haircut in probably close to 2 years (I cut it myself because lockdown) and my hair was in a sad state of fishhook curls, breakage and knots. I wasn't even sure if I had curls any longer, they were that uncared for. So I brought Ms. Franki a few photos of what I was thinking (super short like Shirley Temple) and gave her carte blanche because I knew she was good. She must've cut 7 or more inches from my shoulder-length mess and turned me into a real person again. She styled it, put sparkle in it, and I floated out the door. Thank you!
