Minoon does an amazing job! This place was a hidden gem, super prices and a nice color and cut. I love the scalp massage during wash and she doesn't take hours to highlight my long hair. It's a quiet salon and tucked away which is kind of nice if your looking to relax quietlyand get in and out timely. You can't beat the prices for upscale service which is what will keep my coming back for repeat visits!

My usual stylist was out of town long-term and my pixie desperately needed to be trimmed and shaped. I called the salon at Dillards and spoke with Jessica, and she got me scheduled with her for the next day. I was comforted by the fact that she also has a pixie cut - the stakes always feel high because there is so little margin for error with hair this short. When she sat me down in the chair, she asked a lot of questions, really listened, and made wonderful suggestions. I could not have had a better experience, and my haircut is just beautiful! Truly one of the best cuts I’ve ever had. I will definitely be going back to see Jessica again!

Melinda did a wonderful job cutting my hair! She asked questions about what I was looking for, gave me suggestions about styles that would look good. I absolutely love the haircut she gave me. Definitely would recommend Melinda she is so talented!

Got my brows done by Jessica. She’s the only girl I trust with my brows. Shes helped my brows grow longer and just beautiful. She’s also gentle and won’t burn you!! Very happy!

I came in for a boho updo and saw Jessica. I showed her what I wanted and she gave me advice on what would work for my hair. She styled it and gave me exactly what I wanted. Plus it stayed in all day. I am very happy with the quality of her work and her thoroughness!

I have been going to Jessica since April. Jessica is the best hands down. She makes me feel comfortable (Brazilian wax) explains everything she is going to do before she does it, is clean and professional. She also waxes my eyebrows/face! Highly recommend. You have nothing to lose but hair.

I went to see Jessica needing a cut correction. She was great in the consultation and determining what would work to give me the look I wanted. She evened it out, removed weight and styled it nicely. She was thorough and educated me on how to get the look at home.

Jessica did my hair as well as my whole wedding party’s hair (5 in total), and she did not disappoint! She did such an amazing job on all of us. Our hair stayed all night, and I had curls!!!!! She’s so nice, great customer service, and very personable. Definitely recommend her!!

Jessica is by far the best waxer that I've ever been to. Not only is she super nice and very personable she is amazing at her craft. I never experience any pain or discomfort during my waxes and she never misses one hair. Jessica is very good at answering all my questions by giving me knowledgeable and detailed information. Jessica is great! I followed her from her old location to Dillard’s. She is very good at waxing - eyebrows, face, body waxing, brazilians, or whatever it is. She will make you feel super comfortable and is very detailed to get every hair! You won’t regret going with her - she’s super nice too.

Went to Dillards for an updo for my sisters wedding. Jessica did the entire wedding parties hair and she did an absolutely stunning job! We all wanted that retro kinda 50/boho look and she delivered! She was very sweet, knowledgeable, gentle and all together such a pleasure to work with! When I am back in town will be seeing her again for regular hair care! Thank you Jessica for making my sisters day in making her and us look beautiful 😍 💍👰🏻‍♀️

I was hesitant to get my hair done in a Dillard's salon I had heard of Aveda Salons before and thought pricey! Melinda is the most professional, attentive stylist I have ever had she took time to explain what color and highlights and put test color to see if I was happy with the choices we made she makes reasonable recommendations that you do not have to break the bank when you leave. I had never had a stylist that goes to the lengths that Melinda does to make her clients feel beautiful !! I highly recommend

Awesome coloring service done by Sheri! I had an appointment at a different salon which got unexpected canceled on me. Aveda was able to take me in as a walk-in to highlight and color my hair. They were amazing and Sheri was very knowledgeable about their products. I was extremely satisfied and felt like a VIP!

I walked out before even getting my hair done. The ladies I spoke to on the phone when I was making my appointment were super sweet, but that may be the only positive I have. The salon itself is super hard to find tucked in the back corner of Dillards. Which should've been the first red flag. It is also very old school looking. There was no receptionist. I arrived on time and I stood there for 10 min before anyone noticed me. One lady was cutting someone's hair and from afar I think she told me to go sit and wait (but I could barely understand her). I went and sat in a room for 20 min and no one came in to update me or check in and let me know how much longer it would be. After 30 minutes of sitting in that room and long past my appointment time, I walked out and told them to please cancel my appointment. Absolutely terrible customer service, so I probably saved myself from a bad haircut in the long run anyway.

When I say that my experience with Ariana here at this Salon was one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had when having my hair treated, cut, and styled. It was. She's professional, sweet, and so thoughtful. I usually have a tender scalp, not once did she make me wince after I made it known. She listened to my troubles with my hair and how I really would want it to look, and she found me solutions. Right there on the spot! I was so impressed. She is now officially my to-go girl. You should seriously take a stop by and ask for her You would never know that this Salon is there unfortunately, that needs to be fixed!! Because Ariana is a talented stylist that needs you! Go!!

Booked a haircut by phone. Called back to ask about additional services and manager was rude and impatient. Haircut was by a stylist. Asked for 2 inches to be cut. Walked without with 4-5 inches of my hair gone. She kept cutting and cutting and with cheap blunt shears. I stopped the service many times and asked what she was doing but I let her finish. Blow dry was bad too because she flipped up instead of down. She did not know her products either. Salon looks like an old Fantastic Sams inside with outdated stations. Shame on you too Aveda. There was no quality in this experience.

I have been going to Minoo hair stylist for the past 2 years and she is very congenial and friendly and takes care of me very well . She suggests color treatment and styles that Suit you , and type of hair and your age and gives very good attention and care I would definitely recommend people to check her services out . I want to start out by saying that everyone I interacted with at this salon was very kind and professional. The salon seemed clean and they followed all COVID guidelines. I got a haircut and botanical treatment (Aveda's version of Olaplex) on Monday, October 19th with Jon. I'm very happy with the botanical treatment - my hair feels super smooth, soft and healthy. I paid $79 total, which included a $10 tip. Unfortunately the positives of my experience are completely overshadowed by the worst haircut I have ever received by a professional. As you can see by the attached photo, my hair is extremely uneven and the end result is just unacceptable. I knew it was going to be bad based on my experience during the haircut (detailed below), but I couldn't see the full extent until I had washed and dried it myself, as the stylist put waves in my hair (at my request) which hid a lot of the unevenness. The stylist Jon used a wide tooth comb to cut my hair, which I have never seen before. He physically pat down my wet hair with his hands into the comb to make his cuts. When he was cutting the front sections of my hair, he had me physically turn my head to look over each shoulder as he cut the sections - another thing I've never seen done at a professional haircut. He cut the back section first, then in a circle around my head, and when he completed the initial cut, there was about a 1.5-2 inch difference in the lengths of the front sections of my hair. He did not compare these two sections prior to making the final cuts. At this point I was terrified that my hair was going to be totally unsalvageable, so I had him only cut the front pieces of the longer side to frame my face at a somewhat similar length, (he used his wide tooth comb to observe the angle my hair made at the shorter side and then walked over to the other side of my head and made a similar angle with his wide tooth comb to make that cut) and then had him put waves in. Again, I want to say that everyone was very kind, including Jon the stylist. I think either he must have been brand new (I was afraid to ask honestly) or maybe he usually does mens haircuts? Either way, this salon needs to be doing better evaluations of the quality of work from their stylists, and maybe invest in some further education. I'm getting my hair fixed by my regular stylist at a different salon next month as she is the only person I trust to touch my hair at this point. ***SAME DAY UPDATE*** A few hours after I posted this review, Melinda from the salon did reach out to me via phone. She was extremely kind and apologetic and offered to have me come in and personally fix my hair and receive another botanical treatment, free of charge, within the next 6 months. I do plan on taking advantage of the botanical treatment in a few months as I was happy with that service, but as stated above, I definitely want my regular stylist at my regular salon to be the one fixing the haircut. I really appreciate Melinda reaching out so quickly, and I appreciate the offer to fix my hair.
